[Resolved] Express It Courier — non delivery of pan card at my at my home. | |
respected sir, my pan card came through your courier service, but they did not deliver it at my home and make a call me on my mobile and orderd me to come EXPRESS IT courier office at cantt varanasi (up). which is 5 k.m. away from my home. as i was ill at that time so i could not come to their office and i send my son to receive pan card to their office but they rudely said to come with your mother otherwise i will not give you pan card, when my son said my mother unable to come here because she is ill so you have to deliver it at my home so they said we do not provide services at your area and if you do not come with your mother i will return pan card to company. at last after so many requests they give pan card after watching papers of his bike .so please take some corrective action for proper delivery of courier at my home. my courier no. I also faced a similar problem. I tracked the consignment status online and one day it changed to exception with the status message "Exception - Wrong Pincode Provided By Shpr, C'Ment R'Ted To Correct Branch .". I then dialed up the mumbai customer service and verified the address and pin number and found out to be correct. Then i asked about the exception and message. He told he was clueless and you have to call the local customer care in kerala. I tried calling them up and that went unanswered. Now the status is delivered and when checked with Mumbai Express-IT, the courier is delivered in Cochin, 350 KMs far from the correct location. The courier send is a password, how can they deliver such sensitive consignment to a wrong address. This is happening for the 4th time. ICICI and their partners sucks BIG TIME!!

i have applied one of my Client PAN Card on 05/08/2008 and after 10 days i have seen in the TIN NSDL wesite. and there mentioned your PAN Card has been Dispatched on 09/08/2008 but still i am not received and my client also has not received PAN Card. That Airway Bill No is [protected] my Client PAN No is " ADHPH7112E " My client Name is Hajira Banu she staying in bommanahalli Hosur Road Bangalore.
