Hi,
There are many issues "mentioned below" regarding Gaur Homes, Govindpuram project.
We are paying 1 RS per square feet + 10% Tax + additional charges every month.
1. No builder ask extra charge for swimming pool + GYm while residents already, paying so much
amount ( 1 RS per square feet + 10% Tax + additional charges every month), but this builder gaursons
India pvt ltd is demanding additional charges RS 10, 000 for swimming pool + GYM.
2. There are very few security gaurds under building premises and these gaurds are not trained.
3. There is no attender assigned inside and outside the lifts in case of emergancy.
4. Monkeys are playing in the Gaur homes flats and with flat residents like zoo.
5.No parking is alotted and already residents paid parking charges.
6.Many times, no one hears maintenance complains for inside the flats.

Hi There,
I strongly agree with what have been stated here by the resident. My parents have been leaving in gaur homes since March I think. And I don’t think management is doing a very good job at taking care of right things. Here are my points :
1. Staff's and worker's behavior is highly inappropriate with resident.
2. Monthly maintenance is too high for the kind of services have been offered.
3. Material used in doors is of very bad quality. Its not even 6 months and bath doors are already dying.
4. Bathroom Vanities, Kitchen Sinks and Fixtures are of extremely cheap quality.
5 We have paid for covered parking at the time of possession and parking not available for use.
6. No trained person is assign for lifts. And as the premises is pretty much new, there are always issues and there is none available for help in case of emergency.
7.Management is not even bothered what is happening.
I hope, someone is going to read all this and so something about it. We have got a flat for gaur because of their reputation in the market. But looks like, its not all, so true.

To resolve all the problems first the owners need to form RWA on urgent basis & take all the charges from the builder.No need to fight alone.After one year it would be difficult to take all the charges from the builder.I had seen that two times meeting has been held for discussing the personal issues not for common issues.Day by day issues are increasing & no on e want to take initiative to fight with them individually, so get together and solve the problems step by step.The employee of gaursons is saying to the owners that "Yeah kaam nahi karegey jo karna hai kar lo"this the way of talking of these employee.

Hello All,
I am totally agree with Amit, it is a prior step to establish RWA with a healthy decision by all residents, But RWA should not be included any non-working guy (because they have no option to earn money) as I am living in ShipraSun City Ghaziabad, all RWA members try to pull money from residents like builder. If we look at sector 62 Apartments, all RWA is very healthy and there maintenance charges is very low (including all power Back up, cleaning, together parties). All RWA guys are very dedicated to residents problem.
All residents should be open to discuss money matter with the third party. Builders would never help just pull money from ourselves. I have booked flat for this society.
I am very disappointed to know all these problems created by builder. Please establish RWA to avoid any cheating.

SUBJECT:Few people have only interest to collect money from us ( beaware from them)
Hi All,
I can not understand why few people are more interested in RWA creation.
As I think RWA creation should be for good for all not for few individuals benifits.
The few People who are coming forward for RWA creation, we always observed they are interested
for money collection and in each meeting they have demanded for money collection after giving any
reason for example => money for wasting of papers for their interest only, membership,
Mata ki Chowki, Deewali gathering, family party, children party, annual party, monthly party,
weekly party, day perty etc...
So It seems they have interest to collect money from us. Please correct me if I am wrong.
We are always paying so much money for GAUR HOME maintenance and after that these people demand extra money instead of making noise against so much maintenance
charges. It is very hopeless situation for us.
We were trying to reduce our problems ( eg. financial) and it looks we are getting into more problems
because of above reasons.
Please help yourself.

Thanks for bringing us this important information.
We can feel your problem that you are facing nowadays and we are fully agree with your statment
as mentioned above.
As we think Motive should not be to earn money and it should be "to help each other without any self interest", only then we will be successful and can fight againt wrong things happening in GAUR HOMES society.
As we understand, you should not be disappointed too much because we are with you and we are also aware of such kind of activities.

I am very glad that someone is working on this or planning to work on this.I won't say events like mata ki choki and etc are complete waste but yes at this time its not required on such extensive level.I happen to look at the document, where they have shown the expenses for these events and I didn't look that nice to me.
Such events are important so people get to know thr neighbours.Kids get a chance to interact with other kids.
But, we need something in place to get hold of Gaur homes guys.It been close to year that my parents moved in and parking is not yet ready...that's not fair. |

| As alleged by disapointed resident that yhe persons asking money for this party or that part is totally wrong, there was a collection only for Mata ki chowki (may be called a party) which I feel was wrong we should not have such a big budget function, but after this event I think that the organiser of this event took a lession not to conduct such event and refrain for financial collections, I personnely feel that this function was not conducted for financial gains and if some one has made any gain from this that God will lookafter and the present RWA has collected Rs300/- for life long membership of RWA, which is judicious as the money is required for registration of RWA and for the stationary for sending information to all residents.Even the all accounts from Mata ki choki and all collections has neen circulated to all the residents, if some one is still having douts can get these accounts audited by their CA. Every good work done also attracts critisism |

We are doing lot of works for Gaur Homes society and we give lot of time to the Gaur Home society and
for above mentioned lot of works, if we demand some money from you then is it wrong?

to koi society hi nahi hae aur yaha jab hum society banane ki baat karte hae to sab koi humare upar ilzam lagata hae aur humko badnam karta!

Accounts for mata ki choki along with list of contributers had been circulated earlier and if you have not received the same or needs a fresh copy the same can be obtained from rwa president or seceratory or treasurer or even your nabour may be having same, I will search with me and I will email you. |
| for dipavali gathering, there was no collection, two persons shared for prasad on this occassion and that was a nominal expence, crackers were brought by residents of society moyive of this function was to intrect with residents and to have crackers at one place |

all details of all donations paid by all individual resident is not mentioned and we asked for that list
after this circulation.
