[Resolved]  HP Customer Care — theft by hp customer care centre and wrong part replacement.

I have hp 2122tu notebook pc which has a light scribe dvd dual layer writer(model DS-8AZH 03C) and 512 mb Samsung ram by default.( which I have upgraded to 1.5 gb by adding 1 gb transient ram)
Recently I gave my laptop for dvd rom replacement at Precision informatics pvt ltd. Mumbai division.
The mechanics or workers( ya that’s true because they don’t deserve to be called as engineer)
Ppl replaced my rom at 6500/- and give a rom which was a + dvd writer without light scribe. I recognized this and argued for replacement and original writer as per specification of 2122tu notebook. So after lot of negotiation he replaced that rom with some +- supporting mitashi ram (without light scribe that found out latter). by thinking that least I can read and write disk so I give extra 500/- and took off laptop. After coming home I installed vista and then I found out that it was showing my ram as 512 mb only. And so opened notebook ram panel, and I was shocked as there was just one module of ram and that too of hynix which I never bought for my laptop.
So it’s clear that ‘Precision informatics pvt ltd. Mumbai division’ has stolen my original ram and replaced it with hynics 512 ram.

I am working in ncaor. Recently we had purchase servers from hp. HP ProLiant DL580 G5 Server. not even 4 months past and our server is down, we have logged a call to hp no response, hp says that the problem is with motherboard still the problem is hanging. Hp service is very poor, very bad. I have called many times but to no effect.

On opening the Box we found the Driver ‘CD’ Cracked & we could not install the Printer.

i brought Compaq presario cq40 108TU laptop in december 2008. the problem with my laptop is: webcam audio is not functioning from the time i purchased and till now. i told about the problem to service center and im trying for this problem to get solved from 3 months, but until now there is no response from HP service center and i contacted the TOLL FREE NO, but there is no response from them.

We have purchased a HP laptop 3 years ago @ cost of Rs.85000/ with 3 years warranty. From the day one it starts giving trouble and the service also not good. Whereas we posses an Accer system for the past 4 years and that too a low end & low prized one, still now it is working good. With this experience, we would like to go for the procurement of new systems. Do you think, we will purchase the HP systems? Don't go for HP hereafter. this is my bad experience with HP laptops.
Further we tried to contact the right person to complain about the same but all the efforts become vain.

i have to choose between asus and hp, even though hp has more features and its rather cheap, looking at these comments i think i have to settle to asus, because i know for a fact that asus after sales is much better than hp.

i am really pissed from the HP service station (A-200, okhla industrial area, phase -1 )
i gave my laptop 3 times in two months but the problem is still the same and still persisting,
they have a bad behavior at the reception even on the phone, every time they said we 'll look personally into matter bt still the problem is there,
one of the guy named vikas (I dnt remember exactly), he assure me i 'll thee nxt time u bring ur laptop here, and said i never took any unplanned leave in my carrer, bt wen i approached in the office he is not inm the office and i was said he is on a leave.
i went to these people wen my laptop was in warranty, now my warrnty is over i dnt understand what to do??

i have purchased this laptop in 2006, but from then i 'm facing the problem of heating. so i've sent to it to the service center for mare than 20 times, and the mother board has changed for 5-6 times but the heating problem is exist still now and not removed. we can't do the work more than 20 minutes in summer season. the mother board faces problem due to only this heating problem. the warrenty is extended till to 20 december 2009 only. so it is the request to remove this problem.

HP LESERJET 1008 — Company Cheating me

I have purchased the hp 1008 laser jet printer from the hp dealer with the assurance that after filling some requirements procedure i.e. {sending the draft of rs.250/- in favor of HP REDEMPTION CELL, integrated solutions pvt ltd, New Delhi along with the photocopy of the original bill/original sticker of the product serial no and redemption code} you may get the hp promotion gift.

But i have received one acknowledgment that it is not a original sticker but that is a original sticker. I am very fad up of this whole things and fell got cheated. But i not leave the company in this way i have full documents with me and penalized the company in the criminal and as well as consumer court.

Dear I have purchased a HP Compaq Computer on dated 25.12.2008 with offer of free product of All in one printer and UPS but I can not receive any product from HP Compaq to till date. If the HP Compaq not sand my free product with in Three days. If you are not deliver the same as above item than I will go to consumer Court on dated 20.04.2009. I complain to the Dealer as well to your customer care but they are not responding me at all. Now I have left with only the option that I should complaint to the Vice chancellor regarding the behavior of hp dealer as well customer care and suggest not purchasing any product of hp in future. It is my request you to please look into the matter immediately as I have already suffered a lot.
