[Resolved]  HP Customer Care — theft by hp customer care centre and wrong part replacement.

I have hp 2122tu notebook pc which has a light scribe dvd dual layer writer(model DS-8AZH 03C) and 512 mb Samsung ram by default.( which I have upgraded to 1.5 gb by adding 1 gb transient ram)
Recently I gave my laptop for dvd rom replacement at Precision informatics pvt ltd. Mumbai division.
The mechanics or workers( ya that’s true because they don’t deserve to be called as engineer)
Ppl replaced my rom at 6500/- and give a rom which was a + dvd writer without light scribe. I recognized this and argued for replacement and original writer as per specification of 2122tu notebook. So after lot of negotiation he replaced that rom with some +- supporting mitashi ram (without light scribe that found out latter). by thinking that least I can read and write disk so I give extra 500/- and took off laptop. After coming home I installed vista and then I found out that it was showing my ram as 512 mb only. And so opened notebook ram panel, and I was shocked as there was just one module of ram and that too of hynix which I never bought for my laptop.
So it’s clear that ‘Precision informatics pvt ltd. Mumbai division’ has stolen my original ram and replaced it with hynics 512 ram.

i've 1 question that why the PAVILION DV-5 1120 is not supporting the operating system WINDOW -XP
WE DON'T LIKE THE VISTA OS because it is toobad to use because of very very very slow condition
n some of the software is not supporting which is supporting in the os window -xp
ANOTHER GREATE PROBLEM IS THE DISPLAY DRIVER IS NOT WORKING AT THE TIME OF WORKING IN MECHANICAL SOFTWARES JUSTLIKE SOLIDE WORKS, PRO-E, CATIA, M-CAM...ETC

hi this is satya i am using my laptop since 1 year so after using that i got an error on the that is blue screen eror so i took to bangalore in indra nagar to the service center to check the nb(notebook) whether its in good condition or not. so i went on march 1792009 there told its working fine . i took my nb back there didnt even rectifire the complane to my nb. so i took it nearly 15 time about the same complane but there didnt even do any thing. so my warrenty has been finished on 2362009. now my nb is not working. after that i went i showed again there told me pay 13000 for the repair every thing. foe the fun sake there r telling u s to buy the laptop after getting any problems there r not even doing anything for that. hp has became very waste company in india there will not even give proper respect to any of the customer. all the people r seeing for the money bleady stupids. its only waste of time all r buffions in the company. so i am requesting any one should take care of that plzz..

I purchased a laptop model no. 2701 TX sr.no. 2CE7552PBC in the moth of April 2008. Some problem created by fan therefore, I went to service centre at haldwani and handed over the laptop to incharge of service centre. Service centre returned the laptop after solving the problem. After two months some problem again created in laptop, when we shown the laptop again to service center Haldwani he examined laptop and reported me that the mother board of the laptop became out of order and refused the said problem. Please intimate about the cost of mother board and how we will find the mother board. The repoutation of H.P. compaq is became down in my eyes now.

One month ago i had a problem in my laptop speaker after complaining in my nearest customer care office . They have changed speakers but from the next day the new speakers also start showing problem .
After i contact the office they are pretending by saying that speakers are not available.
every time i go to them they are giving same reason.And not attending my complaint.
Please solve the problem
We have purchased a hp laptop (Model no 510 P/n: vf633pa, S/n: CNU9283VXR) on 23 August 2009, but it was found not working on powering on. We taken the other unit of the same model. We submitted the unit for DOA to RT Service at Okhla, Delhi HP Service Center. They declined the doa & repaired the laptop, After 7 days, on 31th August 2009, we visited the service center they denied the DOA & tried to issue the repaired laptop. On testing the Laptop didn't work. On 5th September 2009, we received the call from RT Service he said that we have logged for motherboard replacement as the problem remain same. There is nobody in RT to speak over phone also. They refused to talk over phone. So the dealer has to visit the RT service center to get the things done.
We are asking for replacement o[censored]nit under DOA but they are working for repair under warranty. What is the solution for that? As this is the new unit, we won't like to accept the repaired laptop.

What 's my fault that i Chose Hp laptop? Its really astonishing the company having sky high reputation
is dealing such a sarcastic manner.

I would request the near & dears, do not purchase the HP Product & beware of warranty terms before making the purchase.
I have Hp Notebook and during my waranty period I deposited it to the Mumbai Service Centre on 11-12-08 for just a noise problem in the fan. They gave me back my laptop after a week making me run twice to thrice to their service centre.The laptop was fully corrected after also but I managed to work on it which was better than making rounds to their service centre. After 11 months I had to re -submit it to the service centre in Delhi. Now, the hp people are telling that the laptop was arranged unorderly during the last service and due to that my laptop's motherboard is being affected and it need to be replace, .I paid 65, 000 for this laptop and now to pay for the motherboard which I am not liable to pay because it not due to my fault. I am really frustrated situation as my Laptop’s warranty dissolved last month in September.
I found HP Service is very POOR!
