[Resolved]  HP Customer Care — theft by hp customer care centre and wrong part replacement.

I have hp 2122tu notebook pc which has a light scribe dvd dual layer writer(model DS-8AZH 03C) and 512 mb Samsung ram by default.( which I have upgraded to 1.5 gb by adding 1 gb transient ram)
Recently I gave my laptop for dvd rom replacement at Precision informatics pvt ltd. Mumbai division.
The mechanics or workers( ya that’s true because they don’t deserve to be called as engineer)
Ppl replaced my rom at 6500/- and give a rom which was a + dvd writer without light scribe. I recognized this and argued for replacement and original writer as per specification of 2122tu notebook. So after lot of negotiation he replaced that rom with some +- supporting mitashi ram (without light scribe that found out latter). by thinking that least I can read and write disk so I give extra 500/- and took off laptop. After coming home I installed vista and then I found out that it was showing my ram as 512 mb only. And so opened notebook ram panel, and I was shocked as there was just one module of ram and that too of hynix which I never bought for my laptop.
So it’s clear that ‘Precision informatics pvt ltd. Mumbai division’ has stolen my original ram and replaced it with hynics 512 ram.

I have purchased an HP Printer P1007 laser printer from chroma juhu they said to me that HP will provide me with 3 yrs extended warranty as soon as i register from HP site. I had some display problem in my HP laptop and to get it checked I visited service center Chandigarh( SCO 121, Sector 34-a).(Token number 1892) .They assured me to get the part of display replaced within 2 or 3 days and I deposited the bill. My laptop was in warrenty period at that time.After 3 weeks i recieved a call from center (Mr. Nishant) phone no. [protected]. After 3 weeks he said they cant help for this problem as my warrenty period is over. I had warrenty till 3rd october and i visited the center on 29th september i.e within my warrenty. But call I recieved from Mr Nishant was on 13th october in which he said they can't help. Thats very bad on service center part. They are not cooperative at all. Now i am calling them but they didnt recieved my call. hp Keyboard — Wrong Model

Dear Sir,

I purchased two new keyboard from HP Dealer. Before buying dealer caonfirmed me the Model number which i am asking for is available in our stock, whose model number is HP USB Standard Keyboard DT528A . So i agree to buy from him, told me you will receive keyboard today. One delivery guy came to my house with Keyboard and Invoice. Total i paid cash Rs.1750.00/-.and delivery guy went. After 30 miniutes when i opened the BOX what i find is not what i am looking for he sent me totally wrong keyboard. when i try to call him not picking the phone and messaging me call you later. Now what i do please help me.

Our office printer is not working and since 5 days i am trying reach the customer care executive but finally unable to get the information. every time the customer care executive is saying she is unable to listen my voice and disconnecting the call. we are suffering a lot with this problem. I had purchased HP Pavilion dv6 2159TX Laptop (S/N CNF0106LC9)on 16/05/2010 from CROMA at Lower Parel phoenix Mall, along with croma’s extended warranty for 2 yrs.
For the first year i hardly used the laptop so didn’t came across any problem, (i.e under HP warranty) But from the very next year when i started using it regularly the laptop started giving trouble in every 3-4 months, from then till now i have given my Laptop 6 times for repairing, and every time they have kept my laptop for 15-25 days, but still they are unable to solve my problem.
Here are the details of service centre with the problems and solution they gave:-

6 10TH DECEMBER 2012 66808 BATTERY DRAINED, SHOWING ERROR AS NEED TO REPLACE BATTERY. AFTER KEEPING IT FOR 15 DAYS, THEY SAY THEY HAVE REPLACED THE MOTHERBOARD, BUT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT RECTIFIED, ABOVE THAT THEY ARE INSISTING ME TO PURCHASE A NEW BATTERY.

Talking about the solution i always insisted them that its a faulty laptop kindly replace it with a new one as i need a permanent solution to this everlasting problem, but they ignored every time saying lets see what the service centre says and only then we can act upon it. And during the last two servicing they have also cheated me with a changed battery.
Now the thing is my extended warranty is getting void on 16/05/2013, and my problem is still continuing, so where should i go with the laptop after my warranty is over, no one will respond me neither croma nor service centre.
No one is taking any kind of responsibility, and now i am totally fed up with this repeated series of servicing i need my Laptop Replaced and that will be the best solution for such problem.
I request you to kindly take this matter seriously and reach a favourable decision as soon as possible.
