I booked cylendre for home delivery on 18-20 days ago but not deliver.to cylendre Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP Gas Agency...

I Have HP connection A/c No.619032 at Chopra Gas Agency Samrala, distt. Ludhiana (Punjab) and I had got a cylinder Rs.1310/- on[protected] and the same day deposit my adhar card No.[protected] in the gas agency but they have not linked adhar on the same day. Please send my subsidy into my account.

My consumer no.is 602192. I made a booking on 19.03.2014, booking no. is 270057, but still I have not received my cylinder. We will be in the big trouble since the running cylinder will come to end very shortly. I made a call to your office but no one picked up the phone to have a word.So it would me my request to you to deliver the cylinder as soon as possible.

I would like to inform you that i had booked the cylinder on 1/10/2014 through mobile which has been registered at HP office. On 2/10/14 we received the message with cash memo number that cylinder has been delivered but till now i.e 7/10/2014 we have not received the cylinder. Today when i called at there office i.e Kiran Gas agency, Lullanagar, Pune 411040. they are saying the recipt has been misplaced come and collect the cylinder from the office. Twice or thrice it has happened with us, what is the use of registering the mobile no. doing booking. After booking if we call at their office on landline no one pickup the call or constantly busy from last three days i am trying to call them. Unfortunately when i searched on google for any other number i got one mobile number and called them at their office. Please resolve the issue and also ensure that this problem does not occur next time.

Last Two weeks back I was booked Cylinder Online, after week i was contacted the agency but they are told your booking was cancelled because of Price hike so again you have to book.again am booked the same Booking No 517061.on 21st of this month they came for delivery on that time we are not therein house so they informed will come tomorrow, till am not get any information, and today i called to agency they are telling you are not there in house so that your booking was cancelled.again you have to book.now again i have to tried to book online in that says Already your booking done soon delivery will complete.so i dont know what your people was doing.when we are booking online they are not informing the delivery period and also not informing your agency also when they are coming for delivery.we are in confusion for when they are coming for delivery.so that kindly do the needful help to me and solve the problem immediately...

Extremely pathetic service! Seriously the mobiles do not work nor does any one comes to deliver the refill. I mean we pay you for the cylinder then why such lousiness and attitude?? There is no one we can contact. I have been waiting for the second refill for a week and the first refill was made after 11 days of online booking. The OTP gets generated and the cash memo gets received via sms but the delivery happens at their own sweet time. This is not fair as its a clear HARRASSMENT to the customer. I regret opting for this agency and distributor. I wish I could have opted for Indiane.Seriously, the inconvinience is extreme and I have no idea how to manage this difficulty. The contact numbers do not work at all. Whom should I call? The reviews have loaded up for the agency and people are facing so much difficulty. What about the mandatory rule of dwlivery of a refill in 48 hours?? Still waiting for the refill on the 5th day. Please do the job!! This is my second complaint and I believe it will be unattended again.
