Phagwara Gas Service (Indane) Distributor, Industrial Area, Phagwara-144401 (Pb) …………………………...⇄ Parties Complaint: Rajneesh Madhok, Registered Member, CORE, a Consumer Protection Organisation has filed this complaint against the Indian oil Corporation through its Chairman, General Manager (LPG-MO) and others. The case is that the opposite party No. 1 to 11 are concerned with the distribution of the LPG Gas cylinders. Rajneesh Madhok had approached to the concerned officers and sent the Registerd Letter as well and requested the concerned authorities to deliver the LPG Gas cylinders to the above mentioned Connection Holders. But the said Gas agency has nothing to do with the requests of the consumers and do not reply to the requests of the Representative. As the consumer is entitled to get the supply of a LPG cylinder of two cylinders in a month. But the said agency don’t make supply to them on various requests even. In this connection the SPEED POST LETTER No. EE[protected] IN DATED 02/02/2008 POSTED AT CHANDIGARH OFFICE FAILS TO SUPPLY THE LPG GAS CYLINDERS TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED CONNECTION HOLDERS. SUFFERING CONSUMER NUMBERS: 1. CONNECTION NO. 3502 2. CONNECTION No. 2556 3. CONNECTION NO. 14335 The Ministry of Petroleum as well as the Ministry of Consumer Affairs shall ensure that all Marketing Companies do issue necessary instructions that the Distributors will provide to the consumers LPG Gas Cylinder within a stipulated time limit. I pray to The Honourable Forum to direct the Indian Oil Corporation to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the Complainant to meet the expenses incurred by it in protecting the interest of consumers and to continue to protect the interest of the consumers, within a period of four weeks. Sir,i am an indane gas customer ,i had booked my gas cylinder 1 month before (16- feb - 2010) that has yet not reached my home ,when we call at the boooking office they harshly spoke to women, and they are also not attending our call, they are irresponsible in their behaviour, such irresponsibilty leads to unsatisfaction of coustomer . please take a sudden action against it.and furnish me my request. detail of gas agency given below

i have booked a cylinder 10 days ago but after one week i came to know that the dealer stopped the business.he handed over the duties to another dealer but the other dealer is not responding .again he is assigning to a old employee of the old dealer .but the response is nill.if the new dealer cannot do the service , how can the iocl authorities leave the issue so irresponsibly.the dealer has nearly 5000 connections with him. why can't the iocl officers hide their inefficiency.the dealers are not giving the regional officers phone numbers . please let me know the concerned officers names and phone numbers . SWIFT ACTION IS NEEDED.

Indane — cylinder filled with water
Dear sir,Iam a indane gas customer with poornima gas agency ,adoor and my consumer no.is 27046.Recently we got one cylinder from the destributor.this cylinder we connected to the stove,but we observed there is no gas coming from the cylinder and we found in the cylinder filled with water.after that several times we contact with agency,but they are not picking our calls.(not responding).
So please take the neccessory action .

I would highly appreciate if you can refer my above request and help me on the same on Top Most Priority basis.

Hi,I'm a user of Indane gas connection. I reside at Mehdipatnam and have been trying to get the cylinder re-filled. I have been trying the numbers[protected] /[protected] for the last three days to order for re-fill. However, these lines are either engaged all the time or no response.
It is getting very irritating as no help is being offered in this regard. It is making life difficult.
Request you to kindly make it convenient for users.

i customer of indane gas in laxmangarh. In laxmangarh very poor gas delivery at home(no gas delivery). these laxmagarh gas agency provide cylinder after 15 days at booking but rules are 7 days after booking so please take action aginest agency.

lindane — less weight of cylinders
my consumer number is 16391this is to complain against yadu gas seva sahibabad,ghaziabad up
it is regarding the booking and delivery of the gas cylinders.
the booking is not done on proper time and delivery of the cylinder is also done 10 days prior to booking
the amazing point to be noticed is that the booking slip declares delivery on the day of the booking itself but it the reality is too far beyond it......
the common reason of it is that there is shortage of gas supply
(but it is not possible to continue for the years.....!!!)
also the weight of the cylinders i.e the quantity supplied as rarely perfect else a minimum of 2kgs of less supply is there
if argued upon the delivery man behaves rudely and even threatens to get the supply blocked
no matter what we do there is none foumd who listens to our complaints.....
the highly irregular pattern of the supply of gas cylinders creates a hude problem for the common man.
it is a request to the concerned authoroties to kindly look into the matter and eliminate the unwanted element of discomfort from the lives of people.....
