Dear sir,
I made a ticket on ircts.co.in, on last 22 jul.2010. now i want to cancel a ticket, but my Id was locked. The PNR No is [protected] and transaction Id is [protected], train No 8477/UTKAL EXPRESS date of journey09 oct 2010.
Please cancel the ticket of S RAYSINGH Female 23, confirm /B259/UB.

IRCTC — cancelled ticket amount not refunded

sir i cancelled ticket on 15 march 2014 with pnr [protected] with transaction id [protected] with name shivam.but its after 13 days gone but still amount Rs 485 not refunded in my account .in cancelled status it shows amount refunded in account but in my account not credited.

IRCTC — no basic services and not good food

I m Ritesh [protected], pnr no[protected]pune-ngp) garib rath, in the train, i had charge 25rs extra for bedsheet n pelow n they take 90 rs for food (dal, rice, sabji n roti) but quantity was very less with no water glass, My request is that plz give proper services according your charge

i was booking a ticket train 12321 transaction id [protected], its shows that transaction failed, ticket not booked & amount also deducted from my sbi debit card.please make my refund as soon as possible & make a fair transactions in future.

sir, I have booked the e-ticket in IRCTC for the journey from trichirappali to chennai on 24/04/2014. The amount from my account has been taken but, the ticket is not generated still now.hence, i kindly request you to generate a ticket as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Madam Myself Dina Nath Mishra booked my ticket(PNR- [protected]) on[protected] and because of waiting after chart preparation it got cancelled on[protected] with Receipt Number: 588636 but still I have not get my money back in my account . IRCTC — Always shows ERROR when log on the web site

I have used my RELIANCE DATA CARD and when I have completed my log in to the website and and planned my travel and when to select FIND TRAINS, it shows always ERROR. When I go to a browsing center, there were no problem to do all work. What is happening with RELIANCE DATA CARD? Is it not support IRCTC?

I am traying to tatkal ticket from last one week through IRCTC but site is not yet opened during 10AM to 11AM, on that remaining time the siite runs normal condition why it is happening
