[Resolved]  IRCTC.co.in — Online Payment made but no ticket received

Yesterday afternoon I tried booking a ticket via irctc.co.in
Payment was made thru SBI online site but after the payment was made, the irctc site immediately went down and didnt come up till yesterday evening
I tried calling up all the numbers given in irctc.co.in and also mailed multiple times to [protected]@irctc.co.in but havent received any response till now

Can somebody out there help

IRCTC.co.in — Booking of non running train ticket and deducting service charge on cancellation (no service provided)

I have booked ticket on 15/06/2008, PNR number [protected] for H Nizamuddin (NZM) from Mumbai Central (BCT) in Train No: 2953, Name: AUG KR RAJ EXP. for person named Pratyush Rastogi and Subrat Rastogi.
Sir on 16/06/2008 when we reached to Mumbai central station to catch the same train it was brought to our notice that train is not running i.e. cancled and is cancled from last 20 days. We asked them if it is not running on particular date hou can you book ticket for the same. They said call to IRCTC and ask for same. I tried for around one hour but i was unable to reach you as your call was continuously busy.

Sir this Incident have caused us a huge loss as we where moving to Delhi for some very important work and this business loss will make us suffer a loss
So the other option is due to your inproper system we have to move from Flight to Delhi

and so i will look for compecation for the same.

when your train is not running on a particular root how can you book ticket. and Inform for same at last movement
its is my first complaint to you.
I booked a tatkal i-Ticket on 22 july 08 for maharastra express. on dated 25 july 08 . But still it not reached to my given address.

2055 DDN Jansatabdi Exp. paid through ITZcash card Rs 475.02
But not recived ticket print as showed Server fail.

I have tried to book tickets from chennai to coimbatore for two senior women passengers. Though the availability position in 2 trains are given as 44 berths and 122 beerths(3A/c), and since the passengers were 68 years and 73 years age, I had given preference of lower berths. Alas, after making the payment, the booking gets failed since the request for berths could not be acceeded. I wonder how, when there are 122 berths, it could not find 2 lower berths for senior women citizens. It failed 3 times. I suggest that the non availability regarding the particluar choice be given before payment itself. Please check up the system, why it is not alloting lower berths, even when there 122 berths vacant. All these cannot be upper of middle berths. Further, in the case of 44 vacant berths, when I give the choice as lower, it has allotted upper and side upper berths. How can aged ladies travel by these berths . Please reply

I have received SMS from ICICI bank that the money has been debited to my A/C. I have also checked on line and there is an entry whereby Rs.1855 has been debited to my A/c . However the transactioon could not be processedc and I have not received the tickets. Kinddy help. What is process to get my tickets for 1/1/09.

Today morning I tried booking a ticket via irctc.co.in
Payment was made thru ICICI Bank online site but after the payment was made, the irctc site immediately went down and didnt get any details till now.

I booked a ticket for self on[protected] for journey from Meghnagar to Mumbai by 2904 Golden Tample Mail. It is understood that train stop of 2904 at Meghnagar has been cancellrd from[protected]. I booked a ticket for self on[protected] for journey for the date of[protected] from Vadodara to Mumbai by 9012 Gujarat Express. My HDFC account has been debited a sum of Rs.413 [Rs.402 + Service TAX of 11 Rs], but i have not received the TICKET and My PNR no. Also, after DEBITING, i waited for a long period but the following page did not open.

I also tried checking MY BOOKED TICKET, but it doesn't show any HISTORY and also asks for the PNR.
