Sir,

The customer services phones are ringing on deaf ears.

Despite pointing out that the important letter is miscarried no action is being taken.

What is the point of these eyewash of e-mail ids and custoner services number when the same is not responded even if the lapse is pointed out by the customer himself.

PLEASE ARRANGE ATLEAST TO REACH THE ENVELOPE BY BULLOCK CART SERVICE

ERLIER RUNNER SERVICES WERE MUCH FASTER THAN TODAYS SPEED POST SERVICE OF THE ELECTRONIC AGE
