hi tried recharging my account 06-07-11phone no: +91 [protected] user id [protected]@indiatimes.com via internet banking the money has beend deducted but no recharge has been done by them also they dont have any telephone number listed on their website to contact for customer support regards manoj agrawal Was this information helpful? | |||

MOBILE RECHARGE — I did the recharge money has been cut off
I did the mobile recharge but I did nt got the money to my mobile and money has been cut down from my bank account so plzz I have complainted a 1 week back but no response soo plzzz as possible do it fastrecharge unsuccessful

There is few ECS/ACH RETURN CHG showing in my bank account statement. I have spoken to my bank they said that tech process company had make this charges on your account. They said Babaj Finserv charge you so please contact them.
I have been to Bajaj finance office. They show me that my account was close since long.
Tech poress said that conatct Babaj Finserv. & Sbi Bank.
Bajaj said contact Tech process, Bank also said Contact tech process.
All three are not responding.

I visited reliance super mart h. No.5-87-7, city center builiding, opp. Union bank of india, laxmipuram, guntur, andhra pradesh for recharging my reliance mobile. I asked for a recharge of reliance to reliance free recharge. The shop keeping collected rs.200 and made the recharge. But i came to know that only rs.180 is updated and i am being charged for calls made to reliance to reliance. When i asked the shop keeper, he said he did not know anything about the recharging of mobiles. How a reputed firm can play with the monies of innocent public? After long persuation the man at the counter gave a receipt for the amount collected. The name of the sales terminal is mentioned in the receipt is karuna kumari duvvati, a lady by name. But the person is a gent. It is surprising. Transaction id:[protected], transaction date:12/27/2009.
I have used this online service to recharge my mobile, the amount has been deducted from my axis bank account, but the recharge was unsuccessful. When i spoke to idea customer care they were saying that they haven't received any request for the recharge. But my amount rs 55.00 has been deducted. So i request you to kindly go through the details given below and take neccessary action and refund my money.

Mobile recharge suddenly recharged 4000 money
MOBILE RECHARGE — Mobile recharge failed
I tried to recharge my mobile (Airtel) prepaid no. [protected] for rs. 444 inr through netbanking of indusland bank by using service of rechargeitnow.com. Payment from indusland bank is succesfully deducted but no recharge was made to my mobile number. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful, either to credit the amount to my mobile or to refund it back to my bank account.
