My name is Priyanath Sahoo,having a electric connection bearing

CONSUMER NO: A16-0010
SECTION : GOPALGAON
SUB DIV : SUPPLY-1
DIVISION : 5M.TXTBED BALASORE
Category : Domestic
Load : 2 KW
Phase : 1

On 12/12/2009 , I came to know from my meter was stopped,so the billing issued to me was
provisional billing which was on 288 slab.

which was 100 unit more than the actual ,see below the date/month &
the actual consumption:-

BILL PERIOD BILL DATED ACTUAL CONSUMPTION

1. NOVEMBER 2008 14/12/2008 192 UNITS
2. JANUARY 2009 09/02/2009 170 UNITS
3. FEBRUARY 2009 08/03/2009 158 UNITS
4. JUNE-SEP 2009 11/10/2009 885 UNITS(4 MONTH)
5. SEPTEMB 2008 11/10/2008 222 UNITS

SO,my actual bill range from 158 units to 221 UNITS.=200units

I MET BED OFFICE WHERE THEY SAID ,WE WOULD
NOT PROVIDE A NEW METER ,YOU HAVE TO PURC-
ASE IT,AND THAT TO PAL MOHAN METER ONLY.

ON THEIR SAYING I BOUGHT A PAL-MOHAN
METER, BEARING SERIAL NO:952383 FOR
RS,1300.THE NEXT DAY 23/12/2009 I PAID
RS:100-00 AGAINST MONEY RECEIPT NO:
994027,BOOK NO:37471,FOR METER TESTING.

ON 10/01/2010, MY METER WAS INSTALLED,
Along with i got a receipt having SL NO:899 OF
rs100-00 isssued by (NESCO BALASORE ,
MTR DIVISION,SINGLE PHASE METER TEST REPORT)
dated 04/01/2010 ,certified that the meter was ok.

month of dec, jan & feb i got provisional billing of
288 units.
on 08/02/2010,the actual new meter
billing was 332 units(FOR 28 DAYS) .So, for 30 days
it will be 350 unit .But my actual consumption was 200 units.Which is 150 unit more,
I went to BED they said firstly they said you might be using heater ,but sir I have no
heater,then i said if it would be summer
season then you might be talking of Air condition,

Sir,i am poor and very old person,how
could i buy A/c,

Again you are saying to send
again meter for testing and pay Rs100.00.

Again if the METER TESTING report comes
OK.Then what will i do,
I AM IN GREAT PROBLEM ,PLEASE HELP
ME TO GET OUT OF THIS PROBLEM.
I WILL BE THANKFULL TO YOU ALL.

Dear all,

I know NESCO is a great company but this company service support i really very bad
before 1 year i regullary complain against new conection but any one person not suuport
me .I don't how operate this company & how take care the senior office ...

Power cut is anytime without any reason. Late night at 2 O'clock you will find your house at dark and when you call them(electric office) up to do enquiry, they will not respond
