Personal - regd rights in policy of expired father

to whomsoever it may concern,
this is regd legal heir for share in my fathers policy which is frodulently transferred by one of the heir without knowledge of other heirs.
my fathers name is abbasbhai tayebali sapatwala,who has expired without any change in nomination so pls kindly check ur details & avoid any transfer the case is going to court very soon.
