PMRY LOAN CONVERTS TO PERSONAL LOAN, WITHOUT INTIMATION

DEAR SIR/ MAM,
THIS IS SUVANAM SIRISH KUMAR, HAVE TAKEN PMRY LOAN FROM STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD, KAVALI BRANCH, NELLORE (DT.), ANDHRA PRADESH.
BUT THE PROBLEM IS THE BRANCH MANAGER, KAVALI WAS CONVERTS THE PMRY LOAN INTO PERSONAL LOAN WITHOUT INTIMATION. SO I AM LOSING THE BENEFITS.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CONVERT FROM ONE LOAN TO ANOTHER WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION ?
FIRST, IT WAS SANCTIONED AS PMRY LOAN, AFTER THAT IT WAS CONVERTED TO PERSONAL LOAN WITHOUT INFORMATION.
PLEASE REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I WAS APPLYED 1 YEARS AGO FOR PMRY LOAN ON THIS STAGE THE BANK NOW ALLWAYS GIVE ME DATE TO DATE I ALSO PAID MY MARGING MONEY WHEN BANK WANTED BUT BANK DID NOT DO ANY THING SO I REQUESTED TO TAKE ANY ACTION

This types of things are natural, all the banks are things they paid to the Loaner to our side,
but they don't know this skeem is Govt. Skeem...

Dear Sir,
I have applied the PMRY loan last 7-8 months. My project is Computer coaching center, I have invest this project almost 1.35 lacs (cost of furniture- computer table setup and reconstruct the shop) and I want 2 lacs through PMRY scheme. I am also put the all formalities to the bank, but till date I have not received any payment to the bank...
The branch manager said to me you put the guarantor and 25% of the Margin money.
So please sir consider my problem and take some action in favor

I applied PMRY loan 2005. My project money is 2 Lacs. rupees but the bank passed only 70 thousand So, i was started my shop in 70 thousand but shop has been failed due to insufficient money & i am in loss I was paid to bank 25 thousand rupees. further i have no money indeed Kindly suggest me what can i do
