PNG Tata Tele Services, Rajouri Garden - Number not activated till date

Dear Sir,

On 27/07/2009, we have purchased five corporate connections from PnG Tata Teleservices, J-198, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-27, Ph.:65468014. We have been informed by the executive that we will get our numbers activated within 02 hours. But it's almost 03 days passed but till today our all phone number are not activated. We are suffering from this problem.

Kindly check and look into this matter on urgent basis.

I am completely agreeing to her comment. I also bought Tata Photon Prepaid connection 2 days back still my number is not get activated. I have given atleast an 20-30 calls to check the status of the activation but these people don't take customer feedback seriously and they are not even bothered to reply back. Sujata called me 10 times in a day to get this connection and now she is not responding to my call and sales team is very pathetic. They are not even supportive. I have purchased this connection from Surinder (Sales) PnG Tata Teleservices, J-198, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-27, Ph.:65468014 and he is no clue on anything. I have been informed by the executive (Sujata) that i get my numbers activated within 10 mins. But it's more than 2 days but still my number is not activated.

Kindly check and look into this matter on urgent basis.

PnG Tata Teleservices, J-198, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-27, is a fake dealer. first they will offer you a good offer (like give 2000 and you will get device+2 month 10gb per month free)and asked you to pay in cash... and will activate your device immediately... but they will not submit your document to tata... connection will deactivate in 2-3 days.. after that they will not bothered...they will keep your money in their pocket... . now you can only go to consumar court only and it will really very pathetic to waste the time... they knows that people will not waste their valuable time for 2000rs and people will not go to consumer court... they are robber and please don't buy anything from them...
