Non receipt of PF money
Sir,
I worked with Facility Services Pvt. Ltd formally known as Manpasand Manpower Services Pvt Ltd as a Civil Engineer in between 05/01/2006 to 20/08/2009.
I had resigned 20 Auguest 2008 & submited my PF withdrawal form-19 & form-10C to PF office,Kolkata on dated 13 July 2009.
But till date my PF money is not getting me.There is no proper co-operation or resoponse from PF office Kolkata
Details of forms submission are as ------
Receipt No for Form 19 is 2928538 & for form 10C is 2928537.
No one Reply on Email & also Offices / pf employee are not available on Phone (033-22801244)
Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.

Myself Ishita Bhattacharya worked in Garden High School worked for 5yrs.Our School has already submitted the necessary documents nearly 4months before but still I didnt receive my pf. I left Garden High on 31st March'10.
Sorry to say our school staff went to pf office and requested to do it as early as possible
but still vague answers were given.Today I have to go personally after taking a half day from my present office which is very diificult from a new job.

i was a regular employee of PCS Technology ltd., kolkata as 'customer support engineer' from 18th May, 2007 to 4th august, 2010.I have submitted my resignation letter to my company on 4th august, 2010 . Now my company is not clearing my provident fund dues.My company is not performing the appropriate official works at all in order to withdraw the P.F. dues..
I have mailed several times to my company for P.F. clearance.But they are not replying at all.
Please tell me what should I do now in order to withdraw my provident fund money

I left the company on 31.03.2009 & I have applied for my PF Amount on 10.02.2010 and acknowlegment receipt no is 2956163 but till now have not received any single rupee from PF Department. As per Kolkata PF Office (Parkstree) they delevered two nos of cheque of SBI but any cheque was not deposited in my Bank Account. SIR .
I was working in Bangla television Pvt Ltd. I couldnot got my pf ammount. the reason is that my account no- is 1255001500000089 PNB( BIharsarif nalanda ) but by mistake pf office made a mistake in my account no they used a/c 0255001500000089, so i couldnot get my Pf amount. I went to epfo office many times bt did not get any positive response. kindly give me the suggession otherwise i will take help to consumer form for positive response.

This is to inform you that my first claim where sumitted trough the oodlavar company ltd on 30th march 2010.There after you were return the claim foam by your letter no. A/015/WB/13755/27/375 dt. 22nd september 2010. Require of birth certifiacte of my children as well as i sumitted the require paper on 26 october 2010 but till writing of this letter niether i receive my monthly pension nor any rply from your end.
This is very bad in law, And once again i request you please arrange to make the payment of pension within 15th days.Otherwise i enforce to take legal action against you.

This is to inform you, that in my Pension Scheme Certificate my daughter's name is mentioned ASHIMA ROY instead of ASHMITA ROY.This is absolutely the typing error of your side.
Then I applied with the copy of scheme certificate along with other necessary documents for necessary rectification.
After 2/3 months, when I did not get my certificate, one day I contacted an officer in your office, and he told me that, for rectification of scheme certificate, the original must be submitted with the supporting document.
Then on 09/12/2010 I further applied with the scheme certificate in original along with other supporting documents for necessary rectification.
Now, it has already been over 4(four) months, and I have not yet received the rectified Scheme Certificate till date.
Now, I am anxiously waiting for the above mentioned certificate, because the original certificate is lying with your office.
So, Sir, I humbly request you to please take the necessary action in this direction as early as possible and oblige.

Respected Sir,
Sub: Full amount of PF not paid by employer - Canara Bank. 14.05.2011
I was an officer working with Canara Bank, a Nationalised Bank for almost twelve years. I have resigned from the services of Bank on 15.11.2007. Thereafter Bank has paid the Provident fund of Rs.242248.84 on 19.03.2008, after a gap of four months.
A remaining amount of Rs.5250.32 was to be paid to me by Canara Bank.
But till date I have not been paid the due amount of Rs.5250.32. I have already sent duly discharged stamped receipt for the said amount to the Bank but the amount is yet to be credited to my account.
My last place of posting was Canara Bank’s branch at Basudebpur, Murshidabad. The branch was under the jurisdiction of Canara Bank’s Zonal office at Kolkata.
The Bank has delayed in release of payment of PF by four months which was entirely my own contribution as well as non payment of Rs.5250.32 till date.
I request your honour to help me in getting the due amount of Provident fund alongwith upto date interest from the employer.

my penson certificate from provident fund office.
I have received a letter from provident fund office Ref your Letter.NO.R-EX-PEN/WB/28517/ P-29/S.R.O.Park st./726(1) dated 30.04.2008. Addrressed to The Director, Sentrans Industries Ltd, cc to me also stating that required follwing documents
1. form -7 from 94- 95 to 95-96 in respect of no.WB/28517/P29 to be submitted by the employer.
2. summary statement of 4, 5, 7, 8 (ps) form/6 form-8(ps) Challans is required to be submitted by the employer.
For Your kind information the Sentrans Industries Ltd not functioning now the company is closed on 2007.
Due to this reson i intend to withdraw the my PF amount standing to my a/c. I certify that i am not employed anywhere till date.
