[Resolved]  Recharge It Now.com — recharge is not successful

Dear Sir/Madam,

I tried to topup my BSNL Prepaid using my HDFC Net Banking. The amount Rs.55 got deducted but until today there is no response from them inspite of multiple tickets raised to their customer service. I tried this transaction before a month ago. No response until now.

Below is the proof of this transaction. Please arrange for a refund.

Rechargeitnow seems to be a fraud. It is debting the money but does not lead to successful recharge. I have raised multiple tickets on the website but there is absolutely no response. They do not provide the status of the ticket in their website. Then what is the use in raising a ticket if nobody is working on it. I think we should be really careful with these kind of websites.

Until now I have not received the refund or recharge. I think the moderator has to take appropriate action against this and ban the website.

www.rechargeitnow.com is a fake company because i recharge my phone by using my card and the balance got deducted but my phone didnt recieve any balance.
they have not mentioned any contact n.o in their website and when i mailed him i recieved a mail that we will contact you soon but till now no one contacted me.

please all do not recharge from this website and if you are also a victim please give a hand.

even you know better that know one has time to run behind and cheaters so better recharge it from shop because atleast he will say sorry to you.

Wednessday (18/08/2010) at 10:30 AM approximmately i recharged my airtel prepaid. through rechargeitnow.com by my sbi a/c [protected].
I had recharged it for 333 /RS. Till now at 9AM in the morning today (21th August 2010) nothing has been done. Instead I got this mail saying :

I wish to know what is this?

Sir I am DEEPAK, i recharge my bsnl([protected])mobile recharge it now.com on[protected] at 13:57 transation the amount of 10 rupees duduct from my SBI account till this minute recharge is not successful recharge. So please refund my amount in my private account in short time.

Dude i totally disagree, i have been recharging my number as well as my entire family's mobile using rechargeitnow.com. i have never faced a problem. Some times there was a disturbance with the server. Kindly contact the customer service.
