Both these transactions had failed. Payment was made using ICICI Bank Credit Card no XXXXXXXXXXXX0018. But I have not received refund till date. When I had contacted customer care previously, then I was informed that they have already refunded the amount, but I reinformed that I have not received the balance, I was asked to send the scanned copy of statement. I have already sent the scanned copy of statement to [protected]@rechargeitnow.com twice, but the mail was not delivered to that address.

After so many complaints also there is no refund and no reply
