[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Deduction of balance

my complaint is about the balance that was deducted by the company by saying that I have subscribe the service(government job pack) on 28oct2009 and deduces an amount of Rs 20/- even i don't know when I have subscribe. After my lots of effort they were not ready to listen my complaint finally i quite and said to remove the service on 30 oct 2009. Now what happen they deduces another Rs.10/- on 27th nov 2009 morning saying that your government job pack has been renewed. I again call them regarding this. This time they wrote a complain (no.[protected] and on the same say 27th nov they call and said that your balance can't be returned.

The point is not the money but who is right if this happens to continue and there is no one to listen then what is the use of law and order.

Reliance Mobile — automatic deduction of money from account balance

I have a reliance mobile connection ([protected]) and during last 3 months the company deducts money from the account balance as soon as i recharge my mobile account balance on the name of reliance mobile services..I have complained to the reliance customer care several times but there is no response from them.They always assure me that this will not happen again.

Reliancecommunication — cheated by staff

R/Sir, i am Anil Sharma from V.P.O. Shahpur, Distt Jind( Haryana).sir i purchage a mobile set of reliance model 702.but it stop working after two months, i went in a customer care center of Reliance on 14th Auguest 2008 in Red Square Market Hisar,there a person Mr.Jai take my mobile and said me that company will replace my mobile with new one.He can't give me any proof and take my bill also.After this i got busy in my study and went back after two months in October2008.but then they deny to give me the replaced new set.I am shocked because I have deep faith in this biggest company of India.I made a request to the manager Mr.Karan but he also ignore me and my request.please help this poor person.

smart /reliance bihar circle — deduction of balance

on 13 marh mobile operator dedcted my balance of about RS120 and my bal. came down to rs2 , i recharged my mobile with rs 500 on 15march again rs 400 was deducted on 21march my bal was rs 47 and it came down to rs2 i have compained so many times but they r not taking it my mobile no is [protected]

this is to inform you that i had recharged my sim card msisdn no.[protected] with 25 sms pack, the validity of which ends on 30 april 2010. With this pack the company provides daily 500 free sms, but on 15 april 2010, the company deducted my balance for sending sms, and i found that i cannot make nay calls and sms. i complained to the customer care,but they said that its a fault in their server and it will be restored after 2 days.
i mean to say that they deduct the balance within seconds, but why they dont return it back immediately.plz look into the matter

I am Prepaid Customer of Reliance and using from last 10 months.
On[protected] I saw that a amount of Rs. 30 is deducted from my account. When i call the customer care number *333 they said that i had activate Love Tips service on my number. I request them to give back my balance then the executives said that they will forward a request.
Now on[protected] when i call customer care again to know about the refund then they said that we cant refund this service was activated by yourself.
Now just after ending the call i check my bal. then a sum of Rs.30 again deducted from my account. Again when i call the customer care they said that two services are there on your no. i.e. Nazrana Pack and Love Tips.I wonder that how is it possible that i m conversing with the cusmoter care and one more service is activated and the executives said that this is also being activated by you and we will not refund the amount.
I want my Rs. 60 back as there is no default of mine.

i have complain regarding reliance service . complain is that from service provider side they activated value added packed with out our initiation, and deduct the balance from my account . when ever i asked that wat happen with my balance then they telling u activated that packed thats why deducted , recently this happened with me they deducted money and not intimated that ur balance is deducted for that . they r hiding the facts from custmor , always they r telling this activation doing by custmer only . so plz sir take some action to stop this fake deduction my no is [protected] and rishikesh mishra from madurai

Reliance India Mobile — Activation of Value added services without request

I am user of Reliance India Mobile CDMA. My phone no. [protected]. company subscribes value added services with out any request of these services and deducts money. some time they accept their mistake and return some money while some times not. it wastes my lot of time as well as money. My number is already register in Do Not Disturbe. Then why i am facing this problem. I need solution. Please help. my mail id is [protected]@rediffmail.com

this is the same problem going on from the last 5 months wid my number too...unwanted balance deduction without any activation of service packs 4m my side...plz help me in dat matter...i already launched so many complains in this regard...bt all gone in vain...help me

reliance india mobile(rim) — Value added services activated without request and balance deduction

Dear sir,

I am proud owner of Reliance India Moble no [protected] since last three month ago.
But unfortunatly almost valu added service is activated by mobile service provider without my permission and approx Rs.400/- is deducted from my account and when I raise a complaint to customer care excutive MIss Rupa then he accept the same and assure to refund all deducted balance to my account till dated 12/07/2010,but till now no any balance is refund to me.

Kindly take the hard action against the service provide otherwise I will decide to go legal.

Main Niraj agrawal mob.[protected],mera balance apne aap deduct ho raha hai, complain karne par cust.care wale kahate hain ki aapne mobile net use kiya hai jab ki main last april se is bare main complain kar raha hoon aur har bar ek hi jawab milta hai,aur unka kahna hai ki aapke mobile main prob. hai tho aap apna mobile change kar dijiye,maine change bhi kiya but 14 july ko phir lagaya and again wahi problem, maine cust.care ko call kiya tho wahi jawab mila ki ''aapne mobile net use kia hai aur per 10 kb ka 10 paise ke hisab se aapka balance deduct ho raha hai, jab ki maine net use hi nahi kiya. maine april main complain karne ke baad hi net ke settings delete kar dia tha . But cust.care ka wahi kahana hai ki aap net use kar rahe hain.
SIR main chahta hoon ki aap is bare main kuch karen nahi tho mujhe is NO.[protected] ko chodna hoga.

My Mobile no. is +91 [protected]. The service provider has deduducted by balance by Rs. 20 as on 29.10.2010 without giving any information about the deduction details. When i asked the reason from call centre of Reliance, the executive told me that the deduction was done as renewal of a value added service "masti ke rang". But i have never activated the same and neither used this service anymore. I even not know what type of service is this.

Some days ago My balance was deducted for reason then lodged a complaint at this website. as a result i got my balance back.


Pls see the matter. I very worried about this matter. I think, the provider has no care for its customer.

how to unsubscribe bollywood pack...

respected sir....my name is vicky bansal, i m reliance gsm service user with mobile number[protected]. sir m very harashad due to automatic activation of service and deduction of money ( the service like caller tunes, missed call alerts etc). This is not happen one time, it happen with me many times and it results to my fainacial loss..

i had try to customor care but they cant satisfy me..sir plz fix my problem

my reliance num iz [protected]....company has deducted rs 15/- from my main balance account...i dont know why i have been charged...i cant call customer care also....dr prem sagar panda

I was having balance of about Rs.173 next day I got balance of Rs.80 something.
I made a complaint then i got bal. Of Rs.113 only
Then next deducted my balance and got Rs.76 only
And next day I saw balance of about Rs.40
And next day only Rs.36.
I couldn't understand that within couple of days such a great cheating my complaint no.[protected]
I am fed up of this reliance connection didn't understand what fun did RELIANCE in troubling customer I also asked them to deactivate services but no affect and today requested them to deactivate all those services for which I didn't requested for
If they want cheat the customer they should directly deactivate sim card.
I am fed up of this
If reliance reliance couldn't serve there best so they shouldn't do such cheap things

Reliance Communication — Refund of Balance

I deactivated my SMS39 pack on[protected].
It got reactivated on[protected].
I filed a complaint with reliance on[protected] No#[protected].
They said I was correctly charged that amount.
I filed a consumer complaint after that on this website.
The Reliance people from Mumbai then called me and assured me I would be credited to that balance in 48hrs.
After lapse of that time period I filed another complaint with reliance #[protected] on[protected].
Then I got a confirmation of processing of that complaint in 12hrs but still no refund.

I am a GSM connection holder of Reliance and my number is [protected]. This is bring your notice that Rs.17/- were deducted from my balance on 10th December, 2010 without assigning me any reason. I spoke with customer care and he too was not able to give me any reason for the deductions. Again the entire amount has been deducted from my balance n now its rs.-2.34. Can you give me the reason for the deductions.

I request you to re-imburse the entire deductions at the earliest or else i will be forced to shift to some other operator as this has happened for the 5th of time with me.
