I had a very bad experience today at Reliance Fresh, Janak Puri Store. The staff misbehaved with my two little kids and when argued the staff specially the Guard was acting a goonda. The staff has not coutesy ( I think Reliance has forgot to provide its staff the basic etiquettes as how to behave with custormers) . IT WAS REALLY A HORRIFYING AND VERYVERY DISTASTESTEFUL EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH A 7 YEAR OLD...IT IS ONLY BECAUSE OF THESE KIDS WE GO TO THIS STORE AND NOW BY MISBEHAVING WITH THEM THEY HAVE ENSURED THAT WE DO NOT REVISIT THIS USELESS STORE...
CAN SOMEONE FROM RELIANCE FRESH WILL HAVE CURTESY TO CALL ME AND SAY SORRY FOR THE ROUDY BEHAVIOUR OF THEIR STAFF.
AT SUBHIKSHA MAROL ANDHERI EAST MUMBAI. ALL THE STOCKS ARE DUMPED IN THEIR GODOWN AND THEY DON'T KEEP THE PROVISIONS IN THE SHELVES TO MAKE THEM AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS
EVEN THE COMMON ITEMS LIKE SALT ,SUNDROP OIL,SUGAR, RAI, JAGGARY, TAMARIND, TURMERIC,CHANNA, HONEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN MOST OF THE TIMES. IF WE ASK WHEN DO THESE ITEMS COMES MOSTLY NO RESPONSE, OTHERWISE THEY SAY 4-5 DAYS

m a regular customer of reliance fresh, this is incidence of 24th march'08, i purchased 4 kgs tide along with which 1 bucket was to be given, they have been fooling around with till date saying same shal be provided asap .
i have taken several days leaves to visit them as this bucket was very imp for me, without this we are nt able to go n get water from hand pump . it is leading to anger ih wife n disatisfaction in kids .
i wouldnt have bought this much of cloth wachingpowder if they would have intimated me tht they dnt have the bucket
there sole aim was to cheat me and to make there product sell wothout offer .
there some official must be using this bucket in taking bath or several things
i dnt want to buy a bucket as i m a salary class man and this bucket has already costed me SO MUCH .
pls help me .
over charging - Reliance Fresh Store / Body Scrubber
i bought a body scrubber (select the body scrubber) from a reliance fresh store at sector 14 Panchkula (haryana).The MRP printed on the scrubber is Rs.45.50/- whereas the store billed and charged Rs.46.00/-from me.On my enquiry the store manager Mr.shhahid hussain failed to give any satisfactory reply and said he will pay backback Rs.1/- from his pocket.please help into this matter as this big retail chains are making fool of common man and indulging in malpractices.
Staff attitude is careless - Reliance Fresh Limited, Bowenpally, Secunderabad.
In teh past 8 months I have complained over 6 times about non availablity of beverages in their cooler. Even when they offered free sippers, the bottels were not kept in teh cooler. i did write a complaint and dropped it in the box. ALAs no responce till date. Infact last month when i asked for teh customer feed back form to write my complaint, the stores manager and his staff laughed at us and asked us to mail teh same at their website instead of wastinf their time. EVEn today teh case was same. NO BEVERAGES WERE AVAILABLE IN THE COOLER|CHILLER. MY Bill No is C1013 #0252 at 19.30.50 pm Dt 13 July 08.
I have dropped my visiting card with the complaint. BUt EXPECT no responce from them.
Unauthorised sale of CSD products - Reliance Fresh
Recently I bought some soaps from the Reliance outlet in Mira Road, Thane and it turned out to be an CSD only product.
Am planning to send a formal complaint to the Minisrty of Finance and Defence for the misuse of the same
I HAVE PURCHASED FEW ITEMS ON 05/07/2008 VIDE BILL NO 0163 DATED 05/07/2008, IMMEDIATELY I HAVE RETURMED ONE ITEM SUNDROP OIL WHICH WAS OLD ENOUGH AND I WAS NOT INTERESTED TO BUY. I TOLD HIM TO RETURN THE MONEY BUT HE DODNOT AND GIVEN ME THE VAUCHER OF RS. 209/= AND ADVISED TO ADJUST IN NEXT BILL. TODAY 31/07/20008 I AGAIN WISITED THE STORE AND BOUGHT FEW ITEMS BUT STORE INCHARGE S SINGH AS HE TOLD HIS NAME REFUSED TO REFUND AND SID THAT WE ADJUST ONLY WITH IN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
I TOLD HIM WHY YOU HAVE NOT RETURNED THE MONEY ON THE SAME DAY BUT HE AGAIN REFUSED AND SAID THAT YOU MAY COMPLAINT TO THE POLICE OR RELIANCE FRESH. THERE WAS HOT DISCUSSTIONS AND HE THRETEN TO THROW ME OUT AND SAID GO AND COMPLAINT.
YOU MAY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS THERE WAS SHAMEFUL FOR ME IN FRONT OF OTHER PEOPLE, AND IT ALSO STRUCK TO MY SELF RESPECT. I CAN ALSO REPORT TO POLICE BUT LATER I HAVE DECIDED TO SPEAK TO YOU FIRST AND WAIT FOR YOUR REPLY.

I visited Reliance Fresh Limited, plot no 738, 739, Govindaprasad Cuttack road, Bhubaneshwar, Orissa. pin-751006, ph no-06764 6547003 on 8th Oct. When i visited it i was said that this scheme or offer is not available in that store. So i want to know that if now onwards i get such offer msgs then where should i go??? n which Store shall give me this offer?
If a customer is invited to the store to take benifit of an offer then why is the offer not valid in all store??

Misbehaviour and Not provided the gift as schem - Reliance Fresh
My self Gyanendra, yesterday (21.10.2008) in evening i went outlet of reliance fresh of Karol bach branch near karolbagh park where i purchase one item i.e. Dove shampoo (100 Ml ) on which is under scheme to provide earring with plated 24 k gold . when i asked for the same Supervisor ( Sujeet & Fahed ) denied to provide the same and saying that scheme not avilable on this product ... and saying that " you are wasting my value time" and buy another one product this will i don't want to sell .. I want to know the following Things ..
1. Reliance Fresh is a retail shop or whole seller or manufacture so he saying that there is no scheme on this...
2. If i taken that product then how he say take other this i don't want to sell. If is this right then why they have adopt the modern stlye .
3.Kindly confirm when i get my gift which is under scheme form Dove Co.
i was there at the store 1 day morning. there was a slight old lady buying stuff. she forgot her bag outside she just went outside n came in with her bag in which she had kept her money. the staff there insulted her very badly by telling that she had theft the stuffs she was telling she went to collect her money. then the staff asked her to pay 10 times the amount of what she had buyed the stuff. is this fair? in old age if a person tends to forget this is what your staff behaves with them? she was paying for what ever she bought but they insulted her.
i was an eye witness of this i felt like slapping your staff.

Misbehaviour of Staff with customer - Reliance Fresh
I visited Reliance Fresh just an hour back in BTM layout (1/2/2009 - 20:00 100ft Ring Road, 1st phase, 2nd stage, BTM Layout Bangalore). I am a regular customer and today as usual visited the place to buy some vegetables and fruits. While billing one of the staff member came to me and told you have to bill this also.He was pointing to my sweater (Excallibur) which I bought a couple of months ago from the same place. I am shocked and confused at what is happening. Then I realized the cause. I told him I bought it couple of months ago. He was asking for bill. I told I may not be having the bill now but you can verify my card. He ignored at this and told me, if I enter I should inform the security guard about the sweater and make an entry. Also he want to verify with camera. Then he asked me to remove the zip and had a look at the sweater. The way he behaved with me was utter non sense.
Then I informed this to the billing person, he just had a laugh at the incident. The security guard asked about the cost of the sweater, I told what I have remembered.
I also asked people to verify through camera.
Then they left me and told it should be fine and you can carry on. I did not ask the name of the staff member, probably the security guard knows him well.
But few points I would like to mention here.
1. It seems he behaves (bossing) like this with other staff members as well as other customers.
2. Why don't you promote this staff member to do a watchman work. Give him a notebook and a pen.
3. It seems he has an attitude problem and does not fit for the job what he is doing now anymore. He needs some counselling.
4. My only question is that if you (as a customer) buy some dress material from a garment shop and if you visit the place again wearing it, is there any need to make an entry about the dress or inform security about the same? Is it the only place you can buy Excallibur Sweater? Shame on you people!!.
I have purchase some items from your reliance Fresh store at Faridabda, Indraprastha Colony, Sec-33, Faridabad vide bill no. C1004 # 0161 dated 1MAR2009.
I read your offer in your for purchase of TEAFPOPLARTEA500g free KURKERE . I purchased all items incuding tea and I went to cash counter . Bill preapared by your store manager and I paid all amount but I wait some time for the above offer but not given to me.After that I checkout your shop and again I went to your Executive and I complaint regarding this type of chitting . He says sorry but this is not a way to sorry when consumer demand then you give some offer. I m not bagger .

I am a regular costumer of reliance fresh mansarovar jaipur. My card No. is 6048631011740282. It was very nice to go to your outlets, but from last 3 months at Mansarovar outlet the situation is worson. From last 2 months I( am trying to know my bonus points and amount I have in my account but always they are having only one answer that they are not having the password. Now you can thik in this way when costumers are having complaints and ther is no response towards those then how long they will continue . Please look into the matter urgently.
I have been regularly visiting your Reliance Fresh Outlet at Kadamtala, Howrah.
Today when I had made a purchase of Rs 2300 and while billing got to know there is a scheme running where for every Rs 300 of purchase you get a scratch coupon. The Floor assistant suggested the operator to break the bill into Rs 300 each to give coupon with every bill. Now what has happened is :
1) Total 7 bills where generated in 45 minutes and 7 scratch coupons being given to me in which 5 could only be redeemed and for the balance 2 can be redeemed only if I further make a purchase of Rs 600 .
2) If I do purchase further Rs 600 my old two coupons can be redeemed but will also make me eligible for 2 more coupons which again can be redeemed only at my next purchase of Rs 600 making it a never ending process ...or till the scheme lasts where finally I will be left with 2 unused coupons.
3) I approached the floor assistant and told him the issue, First, making so many bills against bigger purchases will not only waste's customers time also the customers waiting behind in queu will get irritated . Secondly, all the coupons are not getting redeemed at one time.
4) The floor assistant suggested and got me in line over telephone the company person, who clearly gave his comment that company is running the scheme across india, it doesn't matter to the company whether customers really get any benefit of it or not and also to get the benefit you have to wait for as much time it takes if not you are at your liberty to forgo the scheme.
This type of response of people representing a company like Reliance not only dissapoints the customers but also leaves a bad impression about the company.
