[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — STAFF MISBEHAVIOUR

I had a very bad experience today at Reliance Fresh, Janak Puri Store. The staff misbehaved with my two little kids and when argued the staff specially the Guard was acting a goonda. The staff has not coutesy ( I think Reliance has forgot to provide its staff the basic etiquettes as how to behave with custormers) . IT WAS REALLY A HORRIFYING AND VERYVERY DISTASTESTEFUL EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH A 7 YEAR OLD...IT IS ONLY BECAUSE OF THESE KIDS WE GO TO THIS STORE AND NOW BY MISBEHAVING WITH THEM THEY HAVE ENSURED THAT WE DO NOT REVISIT THIS USELESS STORE...

CAN SOMEONE FROM RELIANCE FRESH WILL HAVE CURTESY TO CALL ME AND SAY SORRY FOR THE ROUDY BEHAVIOUR OF THEIR STAFF.

Reliance Fresh — Don't return the change

we usually go to reliance fresh every week bt my complaint is that the cashier does not return 50 paise when the bill comes like 400rs & 50 paise. Inspite of returning 50 paise back to customer they charge 401 rs. i.e in round figure,which is not fair. From every customer they charge 50 paise extra. Please ask them to charge fairly from the customers.
I m purchase the goods from reliance fresh. scf 61-66, phase 10, mohali, punjab. During their scheme in sep 2010 that on purchase of goods worth more than Rs700 they will provide a Gift.but ur billing collection girl told me mam u r vaild for this after we purchasing RS 2100. i ask him for gift then she told its only vaild for member. but its not good we tell the customer before purchesing and they also not writen in his scheme counter that not good behave that excutive done. we are not going again that shop for shoping.

Reliance Fresh — Toffees given instead of change

I am regular customer of Releince Fresh store Ranjit Avenue B Block Amritsar.Every time they give candy instead of giving change to customer without billing.Today when purchased some items counter boy refused to give me change & not even any candy but i asked him to open his drawer change was kept in it .

i am regular customer of your reliance fresh outlat.but i don't understand how the quality of vegitables is on upto mark. the quality is ver poor.i am not visited in all branches but espesialy in mayur vihar, phase-1, new delhi-91.i think this qualit should not be of reliance fresh.i never seen fresh veigetables in out late .

As on 23-Oct-10, i perchase pizza bess [Rs.72] from one shop in thane and after i am going in reliance fresh for purchasing 4 litre milk, but i m forget to sumbit the product in sucurity. when i purchase milk & going in counter for paying cash then security check up me & he has found the pizza bess. I told him it's product not in reliance fresh but he had not believed me and finally he has taken Fine [Rs.72*20= Rs.1440] from me. I humble request you to please help me in this matter
I regularly visit the reliance fresh counter at Barasat, North 24 Parganas in West Bengal. They no longer keep vegetables and fruits, but rest of the things are really good. You find products that are not easily found in a small town. But last time I visited it was really a bad experience. A drunk man was also shopping and one of his friends had to hold him to prevent him from falling. The whole AC environment was filled with smell of alcohol. It was really disgusting.
I am a frequent customer to few 'Reliance fresh' out lets in Bangalore. Many of these outlets have staff who are very incourteous and negligent to customers and few behave like street rowdies too.
My latest visit to Reliance Fresh out let at 16th Cross, 8th Main, Malleswaram Bangalore 0n 14th NOV2010 has confirmed this.
I was picking up some items in this store and suddenly I was hit by Big pile of Trays. I was about fall down and somehow could balance my self. An employee ( A lady) of this out let who was pushing these trays so recklessly without even bother to look at who is standing in the place / Passage. My shoulder is hurt very badly and When I asked her to use some common sense while pushing thesr carts /trays, I was abused by the male staff working there that I have no rights to shout or even to talk to any body of their behaviour. They said I can only go to authorities and complain. They have no minimum courtesy to say 'Sorry' atleast. When I tried to contact their Manager whose Name and Phone No. is displayed as Mr Adesh Koura Ph No.[protected], there is absolutely no response from him. I gave up after calling him about 10 times.
This outlet is in such a posh area where their behaviour should be more decent and good to gain more customers. But they are so reckless and arrogant under the banner of 'Reliance' and think they can do anything they want.

I have been using since last 2 years the temporary reliance fresh card and still not received the plastic card.


So pls advise

For the past five months i am using reliance fresh. I filled in an application and around 144 points in my card no [protected] but we could get anything out of those points since the application in not properly filled. Again we filled another application and mentioned the old card no also now our card no is [protected] when will those points be added to our new card?

Complaint against reliance fresh staff for harassing customer
Since I could not find any other source or email id to write about the unfortunate incident that occurred with my mother , I am writing the details here.

My family has been a regular customer in Relaince fresh (Shekh Sarai branch) for past two years and it would not be pompous to say we contribute for over Rs.10000/- of purchase every month from the same store

My mother Ms.Sajida Halder has been the one to shop every month and like the regular days she went to shop today, whilst making the bill she was passed a remark that the total purchase does not match the money spend on which she had gracefully asked the staff to re-check the billing and confirm. Once it was confirmed that the billed amount and the purchase matched, she left the counter and headed the exit.

Much to her surprise she was stopped by the Door Guard (despite showing the bill) and told that the surveillance camera suspects that she shoplifted some items and therefore needs she to be checked/frisked or else she would be detained to the cops. (These are the exact words spoken to my mother by the guard. Still keeping her grace she willingly asked the staff to check all her bags , where in nothing was found other than the purchased items.

Please note this incident and the allegation on my mother took place in front of the entire staff and the entire lot of customers in the store.
She was humiliated disrespected and mentally harassed in front of the a big crowd . I am sure you would understand the implication of such incident on any human being.

As she did not know whom to speak to, she called me for help.

My experience was even more horrified as the store manager was not available and came after 20 min of me asking for the manager. After a much shouting by me the manager had come and instead of being apologetic was more defensive and apathetic. It was only when I had to really raise my voice and deliberately use certain foul words he agreed to the mistake. I seeked an apology from him and the guard in front of all , where in only the guard had apologised and not him that too at one of the corners.

We come from a very well to do educated family and I personally have been working in Airlines at a regional heads position and I understand how important is to respect and protect a customer even more when he/she are regular one.

Customer care, customer support and customer respect are not merely words but a matter of culture in every organisation and t say the least I as a customer expect it even more from a reputed brand like reliance.

As a store it may not matter that you loose monthly purchase of Rs.10000/- but I atleast hope it matters to the brands values and integrity if such incidents occur.

I deeply regret for my mother who is BP and heart patient to go through such uncouth incident/harassment. I am sure you would agree great companies do not become great until they treat their customers greatly.

My Mother or anyone in my family and friends definitely would not shop at any of the reliance stores henceforth .But I expect and rightfully demand an apology note from your company to my mother who had to go through so much for no fault of hers.

I also recommend to have better trained, tactful and worthy managers and staff.

Its high time some serious step must be taken against reliance fresh but how???
The Staff at Reliance Fresh in Rohtak Haryana is too rude. It seems they are highly dissatisfied with their job conditions and quality. Reliance group can never grow with such an attitude of employees. There is no one where customer can submit its voice at the store. There is no help available. The persons at Cash Counters are so dry and irresponsive.

Reliance Fresh Bopal, Ahmedabad — Misbehaviour, Use of Abusive language by staff

I visited Reliance Fresh, Bopal on 30th January in the afternoon. First of all, they had charged more for Amul Butter than the MRP. Secondly the staff misbehaved with me when I asked for assistance over some product. There was some partiality done by one of the staff members named Ramji Sandhi ( Id no.[protected]. When I tried to question him, he retaliated very harshly and challenged me to go and do whatever I can. Extra favoritism and preference is being given to the relatives of the staff members. Thus, I request you to look into the matter and take an action for the same. Thank you!

Reliance Fresh, Indraraj Arcade, Jharsa Road, Gurgaon — Poor Customer Service

Although there are 5 counters for billing, generally one is found functioning even when there is a long queue of buyers. No manager ever comes out to resolve the situation. The shouting by the public also does not matter to any of the managerial staff. The outlet is totally mismanaged. Staff is seen loitering around and chatting with each other and any querry by the customer falls on their deaf ears. I have been buying from the outlet right from the date of its opening and barring first few months, I have never seen it providing efficient services. The layout of the store is changed too frequently which results in unnecessary harrassment & time wastage in locating the items. The junior staff is working in league with the street hawkers & is seen busy talking on phone informing the street hawkers about cheaply available fresh arrivals.The junior staff joins with the security staff of the outlet & sing local flok songs specially when they see the lady buyers. The outlet as on date is functioning like a fish market and nobody seems to be concerned.

On 5th of April, 2011 i visit the Reliance Fresh Store at Phase-5 Mohali alongwith my son of 3 years old, he had with him a bar-one choclate of MRP 5/- at the time of out of the store, security guard blamed me that u hav not paid for it and he is rudely behaved. when i told hin that at the time of entry into the store it is his responsibility to check but he told that "kaya woh logo ke kapde utar kar dekhe".
Even there is no stock of above choclate in the store.
Is this kind of customer services u are providing or u hav appoint such kind of persons to insult the peoples, definitely it can suffer your sales.

I am a regular customer of Reliance fresh and having also a membership card but today with my family I visit Dolmundia counter where by mistake my son keep one out side purchase chocolate in his pocket and after our shopping the security man misbehave me for that chocolate though that brand also not available in there store and also I want to convicing him that it is not there store chocolate but still he is insult me.
It is relay very painful for me.

Mr.Botta Prakash. who is working as Sales Assistant, behaved rudely towards me, Even if I complaint to Mr. Nagendra, the incharge f Branch, He is not taking pinching pain to take action against him. He kept quiet, and i felt unhappy about your company, moreover, some illeagal activities are happening in that M.V.P. Colony, Branch. As far as my knowledge concern the totall Branch Staff is unfit for salesmanship and Mr. Nagendra is fit for nothing, We can easily asses that It will be Second Subhiksha in A.P
