[Resolved]  Samsung — Complaint for not installing the new microwave oven

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

i have complaint about my Microwave on 14.07.09 at [protected] with BP No.[protected].and i was told service engr. will come on 23.07.09.today it is telling he will come on 26.07.09 because i live 35 km.away from service centre and it takes 12 day's time to reach there? what a rubbish company and customer care representatives are there, and even i can't email to samsung customer care b'caz thre is no mail.id of this foolish company.you must have product id, unique no.etc.etc. It is not possible to carry all the papers all the time.I just want to talk to their superiors, but no way...I have so many products of this dirty company.and can't talk to anybody ? Is this customer care ? mean die with pain (cust se mer).what a company and what a service response.Please do somthing...Help..Help..Help..Help..Help..Help..Help..

I live in Sambalpur (Orissa).and the service centre is in sambalpur which is 35 Km.away from here.

I, had bought a Samsung fully automatic washing machine during July 2nd 2009, within one month from the date of purchase I found breakage, and I had complained to the Customer care, who visited and informed that a spare is defective, and assured to replace within two days from them, it is also 50 days no one has turned up despite making many number of calls except the telephonic assurance nothing is forthcoming. I likely to file a consumer complaint before the forum.

Thank god that we purchased only two from your company out of five (5)

We had to struggle for more than 20 days to get the defective grill attended.

1. Is this the S. Korean standards?
2. Is there no body in the company to think for the customer?

Presently I am facing problem with the machine as the entire switch panel not working and also we are unable control the temp as it is automatically fixed at 30 ‘C.

The same problem was conveyed to your Local Service Engineer Mr. Aslam – [protected] and he is kind enough to attend the problem. But as per him the required parts not available with him and requires at least 7 days for receiving the parts. I have logged the complain on 3rd July till date no one replace the swithch.

Once an again I want to tell you that, I am having all the electrical equipment starting from TV to Microwave from SAMSUNG. So this type of service/ parts availability is really diverting my mind to some other product.

If this type of service we are recieving during warranty period then what will happen after warranty.

I have bought LCD TV from Maharashtra Electronics Pune on 27 July 2009. Company told us to install the LCD TV on wall. After 48 hours and lot of telephone followup no one is coming. After ecalating to support india they are also just forwarding the mails here and there. Nothing is happening. Really service is extrmely bad and pahtetic.
I am a user of Samsung refrigerator, after warrenty period when i face problem with my refrigerator, then I inform through Samsumg service centre. Complain number BP [protected]. Service person visit my house & repair this. After one day condition is same like before. I again call that servicing person. But no proper responce fronm his side.

I have purchased SGHI450 mobile phone IMEI no. 359081/01/256208/5 from a dealer in Rajkot( Gujarat)on 14118. Recently i faced the problem with the keypad of the phone . i gave it to the customer care herein rajkot. Both times it failed again on the next day. I am Being told to replace the LCD and the manager told that it will come in 5 days but it is not in stock since last 19 days and it will take another week. We purchased a Samsung TV from Zarapkars showroom, Dadar, Mumbai on the 31/10/99.
The model number is CTV-Samsung CS30A9GNV.
We have lived in Mumbai for 30 years.
We shifted from Mumbai to Nandyal in Andhra Pradesh in 2006.
For the last 3 months the TV is giving problems. The TV turns off immediately after powering it on and this process has to be repeated 35-40 timesf for the image to appear on the televsion. After the TV is on the TV functions normally.
In view of the above problem We gave the Television for repair at the Samsung Service Center at KURNOOL, ANDHRA PRADESH on 7th July, 2009.

Till now the TV has not yet been repaired.
The staff is being very indifferent.
The attitude of the staff is very casual and they are not interested in repairing the Television. The television has not yet been repaired for one month now. We have been dealing with Mr. Gokari (incharge service center, Kurnool)
Please look into the matter and expediate the matter.

Samsung is total waste. I prefer not to buy any samsung products...they suck money for their own problems...they know it's their problem but never accepts their problems and keep shifting the calls across various team and no responsibility, no accountability for any issues...everyone wants money. money, money...their products normall comes with all sorts of problems...and service delivery is total waste...Please don't by samsung products...

Samsung — No satisfactory result

I am having Samsung mobile M610 from the last 1 year. But from last 2 months it is not working properly. From that day i am continuosly visiting two samsung service centers are as follows:

Dear Sir,

I am sorry to say that Samsung India is such a reputed company but its after sales service is just hopeless. I had lodged a complaint on August 10th, 2009 for my Split Aircondition which was purchased by me on April 2008. Though the complain was duly attended by the Service Engineers of your esteemed company on 11th August, 2009 and they informed us that the fan in the machine is to be replaced and that they will come the next day i.e. on 12th August 2009 by 12.00 p.m. However they did not turn up. I gave a call to your customer care four times and every time I was informed that the Service Engineer will surely visit my place to rectify the Aircondition. Around 6.00 p.m. I again gave a call and one of your customer care person Mr. Lokesh gave me the status saying that they will visit my place on 20th August, 2009.

Isn't it to early or too late ? First of all they should have called me to inform me that the part will be available by 20th August, 2009. Secondly, Samsung India is such a big company that it does not keep a spare part available on emergency. The climate, as you know is very extreme, there is no air ventilation in our room, my kids are small and we just cannot bear this attitude of your people by installing the fan so late.

Sir, I request you to take this matter on priority and see that it is sorted out.

I'm having Samsung SGH P 900 (Omnia) handset in which display got damaged for the same i given my handset at an Authorised Center of Samsung i.e. Aayushi Electronics M-115, Yashwant Plaza Opp. Railway Station Indore Ph.[protected] on 22th July'2009 with Job sheet number hhp-2070 but whenever i go there for further enquiry they used to say that the parts of handset are about to come from delhi or mumbai. many times they given me commitment of date but even they do not respond on their phone number. no one is responsible person over there to talk me. kindly do the needfull ASAP.
