I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week. Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!. Please help Us !!!! Dear sir,this for your kind information. We had a samsung television of 21 inches. Which we had bought it 7 year back with our hard earned money, as we belongs to midle class family.
Till last saturday we didnot had any problem with the tv, but las saturday we encounterd a problem of some circuit problem in the tv as said by your service center people and the took away the hardware from tv to solve the problem.
They charged us Rs.1100/- for the work, after that tv worked fr hardly 15 mins and picture vanished, after that tv was blank only sound coming out of it and again we immediatly called them to check the tv, now they saying they will charge Rs. 3500 to fully operate it.
Now please tell me how come the tv which have slight problem in circuit became a picture tube problem, now we have to pay Rs. 4700/- for complete solution, with no gaurntee that it will be fully ok after the investment.
I guess this is some type of policy of samsung to generate money indirectly from the consumers, i am totaly un happy with kind of service they are giving to the consumer.
Now i will not procure any of the samsung product and will also recommend my family, friends and my known people about not to procure samsung product, as samsung services are pathetic they only will charge hefty amount for the services.
Samsung — service centre miscommitment
I purchased a Samsung champ c3303 (IMEI-[protected] Battery No-AB553446BU S/N-BD1B607YS/4-BB) in 02/11/2011.It's Warranty period is running but i face a trouble in my phone and submitted it to the nearest service center. After submitting this handset, they repaired without inform me and charged Rs-85/-. "It was unable to handover you without receiving service charge", said form service center.It is a question to you, while service warranty running, how can they receive service charge?
If you suggest me, What should i have to do? I will be thankful to you.

i am purchase samsung galaxy ace plus GT S 7500 model and pay of Rs. 15500 but these day my mobile hang & Switch off automatic i am going to samsung service center they called me after reset phone then your problem has been solved but after reset mobile my problem not solved. i am not rich pls help me.Samsung — No.1 Mobile company in india.

3 time due to software problem ( Errour as unfortunately android phone has stoped )
Even I have called customer care no [protected] but it's use less
They ask only to visit services center again again when every we call
They tell this time it will be last visit but i the problem will be short out
But still I am facing problem in phone after wasting so much
time know when we use fast dialing option
The error come MMI code error and some time phone get off
After facing all this problem I am feadup from using Samsung s3
Due to all this error even I am feadup to call customer care hope less
To call them and this is really big Pain after paying so much
