[Resolved]  Samsung Corby Pro (Gt - B5310) — unable to connect to PC and also not accessing internet through bluetooth

I have bought Samsung Corby pro, its very bad that i could not load any applications comparatively Nokia is good

hi guyz ... i hv seen many comments ...& majority complaints were regarding net connection via samsung corby pro ( b5310) ...

i[censored] r having Airtel sim then your problem of net connection is soved

in airtel there are many gprs schemes call customer care and ask for one which can b used in pc's

opes samsung kies then click on net witget... then click on settings icon in the bottom

then in connection menu select samsung usb moden and type some name for connection in top and click new.
then select country
select bearer then change dialing no. fron (*99*1*11*# or anything ) to (*99#) ... clen click ok ...
then click on the connect icon...

I am also using the same model and its working very fine. might be you need to check with your USB ports or reinstall USB drivers.

But I want to know some configuration points:

(1) How to configure GPS?
(2) How to access internet from my PC?
(3) How to know how many applications are opened?
(4) how to add other applications?

i bought a samsung corby pro one week ago... i'm trying to connect it to pc for accessing net bt nt able to connect it, nt even single tym.. D software provided wid the bundle is useless.. it's nt working.. i dn't knw y compny launch dis product if nt having proper service... any one plz 4wd me d mail id of MD of samsung company.. The samsung service centre is also nt solving dis Query... Plz any one having solution den mail me...

Not able to Open Gmail with WIFI . It shows "Service Unavailable" but other sites like Facebook etc are working.Please provide me some info regarding the same.

I have bought Samsung Corby Pro (GT-B5310) on Jan 29, 2010 but till date I am unable to connect the phone to my PC through software named 'kies' provided with the set. Further not able to connect to internet by using 'Bluetooth' connection. I have being trying hard, loaded and reloaded their software 'kies' but could not succeed. Same thing using bluetooth, my other phone is working well but 'corby Pro' is not able to connect to net. Please Help!

of late i tried to connect to the internet on my PC through Samsung corby pro. I have activated GPRS on my phone. I could connect the phone to PC using software Samsung Kies. But i could see any option to connect to the internet. can anyone pl help me with this ??

i m using corby pro frm last 20 days.Sm days b4 my sms charachter size was normal bt suddenly i noticed that charachter size of text msz in my inbox is increased..i tried hard to change it bt failed.

Everything works with my phone except connection to PC. I brought it today at home and no complaints yet, maybe I'll find something too. When I connect it with USB it says installing then connected but I cant see it on my PC, is there any disk needed? or some other way to solve this problem please. is memory card only way?

i have successfully connected my samsung corby pro to laptop...dont worry its a great phone...i[censored] find any difficulty free to mail me at [protected]@gmail.com...
method is same the real problem is actually APN name...it should be the same which u set in ur phone while doing internet...

i am facing the same problem but now i m able to connect through corby pro the reason behind is entilation command to connect through it u have to enter the Entilation command in the properties of the modem
go to Control panel - phone and modem - currently present modem - Advance Tab - Edit the Entilation Command


make assure U HAVE CONNECTED UR PHONE

either with Cable or Bluetooth

i bought the samsung corby pro but it suddenly off and there is no kind of sound directly power off.some time i close slide of my mobile it screen black and i have to start again.

i have taken a samsung corby pro since last 4 months. i am facing problem during my data transfering to my laptop.software provided with the handset does not work properly and difficult to install after trying for a long time.another problem with the set it frequently turns off and automatically turns on.

hey friend i have solved this problm when u instolling kies click on the custom setting not standered setting when u got that then u will find the option of internet connector click on that then instoll them...ha ha it realy work fast in p.c samsung super hit hai bos

I just bought Corby pro and it's USB performance with Kies is pathetic... It takes huge time to update contacts, calendar and forget about music file/photo transfer..
Anybody know how to get the connection to run faster??

Is internet performance is good in corby pro?
Can any one say, the mobiles which are better than corby pro.
i want to use internet on my mobile with greater performance.
plz suggest me which mobile i have to buy...
