[Resolved]  Samsung — mobile

I am usman from abudhabi. I brought a mobile phone of samsung galxy y pro from Dubai Al Qusais Lulu Super market.Then i just open the mobile on the way of return to my camp. But phone just working and restarted automatically , i thought some usual problem. But that was a trouble, that phone i cant use til now. That is restarting automatically, switch off automatically & music player change automatically. I gave to service 3 times , they told some virus problem and sent to sumsung service centre and gave me back 3 times .After 3 service not change my phone.I worked in oil company , that is 180 km far away from abudhabi city , i have only one day leave in one month, i am very anxiousness by brought this phone .I was nokia user, i got a big mistake that choose samsung mobile. I want replacement or refund my money, otherwise i will move legally.

i given my mobile model no GT-i9082 AT SAMSUNG AUTHORISED SERVICE STN AT DOMBIVALI[E] ON 26/03/2015, BILL NO 1296, WORK ORDER NO;261038. THEY SAID WITH IN 7 DAYS U WILL GIVEN YOUR MOBILE BUT TILL DARED 17/06/2015 I NOT GET MY MOBILE BACK.FOR THAT I COMPLAIN SOMANY TIME AT SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE NO ON [protected] BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY PROPER REPLY ABOUT MY MOBILE BECAUSE OF THAT I AM HARESHED BY SAMSUNG MOBILE CO. AND AT LAST I CAME TO CUSTOMER CAREDEPARTMENT. PLEASE DO THE BEST OR GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO, TO GET MY MOBILE BACK.

i have purchase samsung raga mobile, alpha telecom, satyam shivam shopping centre, nallasopara west nr. railway stn dist thane on 18/12/2008 and next day my mobile encountered problems. it automaticaly swtiches of sevral times and hardly gets switched on. Inspite of lodging complaint to the above mentioned nothing is done till date. THey always tell me that your company dealer will come and replace the same but not done till date. Please give me solution on this... I am not satisfied with the company's handset...

I am facing similar problem with my C170. In the second month of purchase, problem of auto switch off started. Ameerpet service center did some software update which did not work. They coolly say ... wait for few days and will work.

Now, charging adoptor is broken( my mistake)... and it has been lying with them for last 1 month.
Pathetic service from Samsung. I am also planning to lodge a complaint.
well i have a new samsung M-3510 it is catching the network of airtel but when i insert reliance gsm sim card no network is available whereas in other phones this sim has network available.this is happening from last one week.i don't know where is the problem in reliance gsm network or samsung m-3510 mobile.i have selected the network mode triband as well as gsm 900/1800 both but it still results the same no network available.

SIR I BUY MY MOBILE IN 27/5/2008 . WITH IN ONE WEEK I GOT PROBLEM THAT "1.AUTO MATIC RESTART " FOR THSE PROBLEM, I GAVE MY MOBILE IN SERVICE SENTER THREE TIMES.THEY TOOK NEARLY 20 DAYS FOR RECTFYING MY PROBLEM.MIDDLE BATTERY PROBLEM I GOT IT FOR THAT I GAVE THAT MOBILE 15 IN SERVICE CENTER. THEN I GOT SMS PROBLEM IF I TRY TO SEND ANY SMS IT SHOED "MEMORY FULL MESSAGE SENDING FAILED". THAT TIME IM UNALE TO SEND ANY MESSAGE. THEN I GOT "HANGING PROLEM" IF IM DOING ANY WORK IN MY MOBILE ITS STOPED WORKING, WHEN MY MOBILE IS HANGING THAT TIME IM UNABLE TO DO SWITCH OFF ALSO, THAT TIME I HAVE TO MY BATTERY OUT SIDE THEN ONLY I CAN ABLE TO USE THAT MOBILE IN FEW MINUTS.FOR THIS FROBLEM I GAVE MY MOBILE SERVECING ONE MONTH BACK STILL IM WAITING FOR MY MOBILE. SO FINALY I DECIDED I NEVER BY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT.

i have purchase a samsung moblie samsung S379 dt,02-09-09 ,bill no.2789 of M/s SAPPHIRE SALES indore and amount cash paid by me Rs.5511+vat.but mobile service was very poor as asound problum in incoming and outgoing etc. i have submitted above mention mobile at ur athorised service center ,star mobile service center MZ-77-80 mezzanine floor yaswant plaza indore (m.p.)dt 29-09-09 against work order no.5481. and i have follow-up many time at your service center.but we not found satisfactory reply.

Samsung Mobile — not repairing of mobile from last one month

i purchsed a samsung mobile f 679 last year.with in one year mobile mother board damaged.mobile is in warranty period.from last one month service station are telling me that they have mailed in company for the product,but no replacement till date.
i purchsed a samsung CDMA mobile SCH GURU MAGIC last year.with in 10 days mobile was not worproper way.lucknow & FAIZABAD service centre cheked the mobile & telling me mobile mother board changed further but from last eight month service station are telling me that they have mailed in company for the product, but no replacement till date..
mobile is in warranty Period

lavada lo samsung.it is waste company. I suggested to the all the samsung deallers and all the employes who are worked in that company plz resign your jobs.Because people are not interest to buy the mobiles.Diffnately in feature it will goes to top 1000 company.

Just to inform you that I purchased new Mobile from The Mobile store H-10/A, Ground Floor Main Market, Main Road, Kalkaji-110019 dated- 7th Feb-2010.

Model Number- GT-E2120B.

But after two days from the date of mobile purchase my mobile getting hanged on every second call. I visited “ The mobile store” to get the phone replaced. The shopkeeper asked me to get this checked with Samsung services center and refused to replace the mobile which I had purchased two days back.

After several follow-up , I finally submitted the mobile to Samsung service center Nehru Place on 30th march-10. Work Order Number-WA[protected]

The service center executive said that your mobile will be repaired within two days. I went there after 2 days but that guy asked me to come after 4 days. I went again after 4 days, then they another time asked me to come after 4 days.

Now 3 months gone , still I had not got any status regarding my phone.

I am really very disappointed by this kind of behavior .

Pls help & get the issue resolved ASAP.
i have purchased samsung mobile 3600 metro ......and just 2 months after there is problem occur of memory card ......then i visit samsung service center and they ppl tel me come after 15 days ......then after 15 days i went there they told me your mobile not complete so come after more 15 days ...what suck this ....they nothing doing just ...exercise me to them center......

Hi, I have purchased samsung handset (S5200) in the month of march 2010. But in the month of july only, it stopped working properly. I had lodged complaint in samsung service centre located at borivali. They said that currently parts are not available hence pls come after 7 days. But its been more than 1 month & they r not even able to tell by when parts will be available & it will get repaired. This is first time in life that i bought any product of samsung & sorry to say but this is the worst service experience of my entire life as of now. No one is bothered to take responsibility & get the phone repaired.Soon i will be writing to consumer cort for this.
