Bad Service,
I have a gas connection with Bharath Gas, with a consumer # 15682. The agency that is servicing me is Sri Raksha gas agency in Habbagodi. They are the most unprofessional and irresponsile agency that I hae come across. While the delivery of cylinder is mostly delayed, their attitude in dealing with the customrers is pathetic. First of all it is very difficult to get them to answer your phone call. if at all they answer the phone after letting it ring for 5-10 each time, they will immediately cut you off without even listening. Then after the line will be engaged, apparently because the receiver is kept of the hook. I really wonder how a national enterprise such as Bharat Gas can allow it's customers to be ill-treated this way???!!!!
Please try dialling 080-27835733 to test for yourself. Or 080 - 27833959 ( doubtful that this number will ever be answered).

I have a gas connection from past 2 years with Bharath Gas, with a consumer # 26041. The agency that is servicing me is Sri Raksha gas agency in Habbagodi. They are the most unprofessional and irresponsible agency that I hare come across. While the delivery of cylinder is mostly delayed, their attitude in dealing with the customers is pathetic. First of all it is very difficult to get them to answer your phone call.every day they r changing mobile no's. if i call they will immediately cut you off without even listening. Then after the line will be engaged, the deliver boy was not taking care already 30 back i book the cylender past 4 days i am searching for the cylinder they did't inform me for collecting receipt. I really wonder how a national enterprise such as Bharat Gas can allow it's customers to be ill-treated this way???!!! I AM NOT SATISFIED FOR THIS SERVICE. JAGORE BHARATH PETROLIAM.

this is anuradha having a bharat gas consumer no. is 16261, we have to book our gas every month from hebbagodi sreeraksha gas agency. if i call no body will pick the call and book the gas, if they cont do the proper service through phone u tell them to close the office and sit at home. try to give one more agency near by hosa road we are all working people we have no time to go and book the gas at hebbagodi and they doesnt lift the call . u first train them how to do the public service.otherwise close the office at hebbagodi

Dear Sir,
Sorry to writing this mail to you but now all my patience has been gone & I am helpless, because I have Baharat Gas connection Pass Book no. is 28928, we have to book our gas every month from Hebbagodi “Sreeraksha Gas Agency”. If I call number to book, Telephone number is always engage or it will be kept on ringing after some hours the person will be connected on phone to book our Gas Complaint. Ok I have already requested to Deleiver the Gas at home as most of the people request to do as when the delivery person come to give cylinder most of the person like I we are at in office so some how in our family member can received it at home, for this, the person ask extra money which is fine, but from last 20 days I had book for cylinder they says that booking which I did some how it has got cancelled. Fine I had booked again & took the person number who will deliver the cylinder but every day from last 6 days I am calling him & he says below mentioned reason:
1. One day he say, My vehicle Has some problem
2. Next day he says sorry sufficient Cylinder Load has not come.
3. Another day he said Sir I will give Cylinder but your requisition is not there with us we have to talk to Office.
4. Next day he says I am not there in town some other person will give cylinder.
5. Today it was too much he again said please check with Office, when checked Office people said, we informed the person, should give the Gas cylinder to your home we already told him to do so. When I call him again from my Office he says don’t worry I will give @ around 1:00 P:M, then my wife called from home, he said I will give cylinder @ 4:00 P:M and then he never turned……………………..What is this happening we have to beg people for getting Cylinder..
Very Very Sorry but something should follow strictly to avoid all this Complaints.
Kindly requesting to take my Call and requested to do the needful…

I 100% agree with this, we have 2 cylinders but always empty, we have booked last month 19th, till now not recd the cylinder !!!, people buying at block get our cylinder and they enjoy our pain...Great Indians

People at this agency are all crooks, they do not know how to answer the calls, I have wasted 100/- currency since 1 month calling for the gas we have booked on 19th of last month, consumer number 29744, shameless crooks, share all the money they get by selling our cylinders ion block, no body to answer, if this mail is seen by the higher authorities, pls make your people right

they have given their manager's number 9448998165, it is switched off, we do not know if he is alive are dead, it is always switched off, they have given other number 9448998159, he says pls call land line, if he doesn't have patience to listen to our complain, let his quit his job as manager and sit at homw

I agree with above people. I am trying to book a cylinder but they are not picking up the phone. We have single cylinder. They had promised a second cylinder connection within six months for our first connection, made us buy some utensils and a gas stove. Its been 2 years now and they still have not given us the second cylinder connection. On top of it we are unable to book a cylinder. PATHETIC... Our consumer number is 34884.

Today they say our booking of last month is cancelled by the delivery person and they have re-booked it on the 18th June again, I do not understand the way of working, I thing nobody is there to listen to our complaints, if so they would have set it right, we have 2 cylinders and both empty since 20 days, what should we do, people who buy in block are getting our cylinders and enjoying

I agree with all the above comments.

Next uopn that they demand a delivery charge of Rs 30 initially...now after the price has incresed 360+50=410, they are demanding a delivery charge of Rs40 per cylinder to round of to 450 [Ananthnagar, huskur gate delivery]
Delivery charge of Rs40 is too high with the increasing price charges.
If this continues I am really going to file a complaint.

I booked the gas on 16th July, and this August 1st 2011..Still waiting...
Call them they will tell you day after tomorrow, or No stock..They will give you time after 2 days..
After 2 days again the same story..There is Mr. Babu Phone No.:9448998162, He can also tell you that Mr. Babu died so will not get the Gas ever..
Again you will wait and get pissed off than call the above phone number..
Till date I have never seen these kind of service..
This Agency is complety f**ked up one, So if you are staing Electronic City and planning to take Bharat Gas..Beaware..!!!

While the delivery of cylinder is mostly delayed, their attitude in dealing with the customers is pathetic and Delivery boy asking EXTRA MONEY Rs.50 to 60 /-. First of all it is very difficult to get them to answer your phone call. When i am calling number is engaged, the deliver boy was not taking care already 28days back i book the cylender in Online, past 4 days i am searching for the cylinder they did't inform me for collecting receipt.
