We understand your concerns regarding the Annual Fee billed to your card account. In this regard we wish to apprise you that the Annual Fee debited to your card account is a basic product price. Minimum transaction value has to be Rs 750.00 for Cashback eligibility. A review of our records does not indicate any communication / assurance provided by you with regard to the aforesaid card being a life time free card. In the event you are in possession of any confirmation (document / verbal) with regard to the lifetime waiver of the annual fee we request you to share a copy of the document (or) reference number of the telephonic interaction to enable us assist you accordingly. We note that the Most Important Document in the application comprising of the details of the various charges and fee applicable on the card states that the same will be free for the first year (ie the fee on the card has been waived off for the first year). However an amount of Rs.750.00 will be billed to your card account from the second year of availing and using the card. Accordingly, the Annual Fee of Rs.750.00 had been debited to your card ending 3123. We regret our inability to reverse the same.
