Please be aware of Subham Estcon Pvt. Ltd., Bhubaneshwar builder.They advertise as the builder that delas with clean properties.
But the reality is far from that.this company clamis to have several projects in an around proposed Idco knowledge park or infocity-2.In reality if you check in www.bdabbsr.in the maps of southcity mouzas clearly show that the land in an around is marked for industrial purpose only.
They have a land in an around BIT college which is actually not with them.When you ask them why donot you show the original plot papers they say only when you book we will show them, It is actually after you book with them they will demand more money and after only 3-4 months they will register the land.It is in effect using your money they will buy the land or forge the land documents and register it in your name.Also most the land papers are only power of attorney which can be cancelled at any time by the issuer, thus making subsequent transactions invalid.They donot provide any facilities and they claim that they will provide the road which is distant possibility, forget about electricity and water...PLEASE DONOT BUY LAND FROM THEM IN AN AROUND BIT COLLEGE..i am a victim of it.
Another project at mendhasal grid is called chandan nagar which is only available in installment only.
That menas they don't have the land.They will only show you a map and allocate a ficticious plot in your name.IF you actually go to the site there is nothing there..only farm lands.They claim to have that inside South city but actually none of mendhasala area is in proposed south city.So conversion of land is very difficult.Please consider above points before buying a land from subham estcon ltd.
They have many offices but everbody is fooling around and their main office is at tankapani road, ravitalkies square with branch offices at jayadev vihar, b.j.b college and other places like cuttack and puri.
Anybody bought plots from Sainath Home Creation? They have an area which they advertise to sell as Shiridi Nagar Phase 2 Near IIIT Gothapatna, They are taking some money as advance and telling their customers to wait for 5/6 months for registration. Any idea whether this a frauad company or actually willing to sell litigation free plots at Shiridi Nagar Phase 2 Near IIIT Gothapatna? I've seen many of these kind of infra companies take money as advance for booking a plot and then rotate the money and at last tell to people that the project didn't succeed and return money in terms of a postdated cheque. Or they provide land in some other place where you will never like to buy.
Lots of complain... lets try differently. Major victims are from out-side orissa [NRO].

Anybody know about Sai Prgati Assets. they have sellign some lands near malipada khurda and registering it. I have verified about the land papers which is ok but they are yet to give me possesion even after 1 year. Please advice if anybody else is also victim of their so called cheap property?
CITICON builders is the one of the most big cheated company in bbsr. Do not buy a single plot from them...all their project are fraud. Mr. Baddu and Mr.Parshuram are the two dalal I neve rseen. They cheat people like anything...I am also a victim. I booked a plot in cuttack road project by paying 50% amount and they kept my money almost for a year and do not resister the plot with several follow up due to some dispute on the land. When i asked them to return my money they hesitate to do that...after many follow up they deducted 10% and return my money. So finally i lost 10% money, one year interest and also my loan interest of the money I invested in CITICON with a dream of getting a plot. So sharing this information to all of you to avoid similar deals...
I have vast experience in this fraud business. Pl. dont purchase any land from the so called fake builders i.e they only deal with land/plot. You can purchase either Flat or land from original owners never purchase land from builders.
I am looking to purchase a flat in Bhubaneswar. Honestly speaking I am shit scared now after reading the comments over here. Please can any of you suggest on genuine builders and properties where I can invest in Bhubaneswar.
