[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — deduction of balance

GOOD EVENING,
I AM A USER OF TATA DOCOMO GSM SIM. I MADE A CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE AND ASKED HIM TO RECHARGE WITH INTERNET BALANCE WORTH RS.15 OF 500MB FOR 3DAYS AND REMAINING BALANCE WAS RS.25. I MADE CALL OF 3RUPEES. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FINISHED ON 26 JUNE. THE VERY NEXT DAY I SAW MY BALANCE WAS ZERO.WHEN I CALL AND ASKED CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID THAT I USED MY BALANCE ON BROWSING BUT I DIDN'T DO THAT. THEY ASKED ME TO SMS AS DATA TO 121 TO GET THE INFORMATION ABOUT BROWSING. I MADE IT AND THE REPLY WAS "YOU HAVE NO DATA USED TILL DATE". WHEN I CALL AGAIN TO INFORM THEM THE SAME THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE INSTEAD THEY DISCONNECTED MY CALLS AND THE WHOLE DAY I TRIED BUT OF NO USE. THE NEXT DAY THEY RECEIVED MY CALL AND SAID THE SAME AND I AGAIN MESSAGED ON 121 AND GOT THE SAME REPLY. WHEN I CALLED THEM AGAIN, THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE MY CALL. THEY ARE IGNORING MY CALL AND NOT PAYING ANY ATTENTION ON MY REQUEST.
SO I REQUEST YOU TO PROVIDE ME JUSTICE AND REFUND MY RS.22.

this is my personal no. my balance deducted RS20 b4 3 days by 2 nos. of diff. services .i called customer care they said that i clicked rlated link so i lost ma balance...actuly i didnt click any link dar fro ma blnc deduct... i called last 3 days now customer care agent Will tell nd he gives ma blnc back so m so happy nd thanks to C.C agent nd TATA docomo... i want to give him best appreciation for best services...

It says I got 5 min of local Tata calls free till 31st July 2012. I made a call to a Tata local mobile number [protected] on 27th July 2012 in the evening. And I lost balance the call duration was 4: 50 sec.

Kindly return my Balance.

Actual balance: Rs 17
Balance after deduction: Rs 14.11

Tata docomo Gsm phone — fraudulent deduction of balance

Tata docomo is a total nonsense fraud company. These guys activate unwanted services and deduct valuable balance. It affects our budget. I have already decided to move to other provider. In 6mth they deducted my balance for services I DID not activate twice. Rs30+rs83
when I called the customer support. Those guys are so rude that they DID not even file a complaint so that higher company official can review. Instead they cut my phone. Customer service is now paid service so how can they cut phone in between and then stupidly say it got cut automatically. Chuck u guys. ............

dont use tata docomo its fraudster company.
I will publish my complaint in as many forums and use social media to damage their image. Thats what they need.
my balance was deducted while browsing in mobile, and i have also recharge my account with internet pack.
when i am asking the reason for deduction to the customer care they saying that you have apply to chargable site, but in reality this was not done
Could you please update me about my complain.

My no. Is [protected] every time I use internet they deduct my all balance.only leave 1 rs. For continous net and every tym when I call customer care they said that there system are not updated they don't tell anything
Once they deduct my 107rs. And once they cut my 30rs.
Unwanted Photoshoot alert service
Photoshoot alert Service is activated on my number without my permission and my balance is deducted every day. When I try to deactivate the service from cutomer care IVRS it says that I donot have any service activated. Further more there is option in the IVRS to talk to a customer care personal.
I would like to deactivate the service. rs 2 perday is getting deducted

I never replied to any such messages or call. Never activated such subscription. And also never received such (Gameupdate) messages from Tata Docomo.
Please cancel my this subscription and refund my deducted amount. If not done then TATA DOCOMO is doing fraud to his customers.

my mobile num is [protected]..my name is manoj kumar.and using tata docomo prepaid .today my connection has rs 132/- in my account...i was just surfing internet .i have free 31 mb on that time...when i finished surfing...my balance was 0..and my free internet has 7mb left...i dont know why my balance deducted...there was no any service was started
..no sms come..they deduct my balance without any information...and without any service....i want my balance back..

I know how it feels because I have run through similar problems. TATA DOCOMO is a fraud company, my personal opinion is that you switch to another network. They have set up a BOT here that would put a comment on your grievance but do not waste time expecting a resolution from them as

I agree that they offer cheapest plans in the market. but what is the use they're going to steal it back from you. And I do not need to reiterate over & again that this is the worst telecom service provider

1. Network - 3rd class
2. Customer care - don't care
3. Fraudulent information on the website to mislead the customer

Do the math you'll come to know that their plans are never easy on your pockets. they might give you double talktime today say 200 on 100 but the next day you wake up you'll have a balance of 50? 30? or 0 LOL!!

Hi, My name is Arun Prasad and my Tata Docomo number is [protected] and use it on my 3G stick . I have recharged my SIM with 450 INR on 8/01/2013 after seeing the benefit plan from Tata Docomo website. According to their website 450 recharge yields 2 GB of 3G data. After the recharge, i was able to surf internet for few days using my Huawei 3G stick, suddenly the services were interrupted and i came to know that my main balance is 0.08 and recharged my mobile for 50 in order to maintain the minimum balance.The amount is again deducted, without knowing what is happening i recharged again and the amount was repeatedly deducted from my main balance. When i tried to reach their customer care executives, they are irresponsible and not even listening to my problem. Everyone knows how poor is the customer service of Tata Docomo. They hardly attend our calls and many times we will be receiving and annoying IVR recording saying"All our CC executives are currently busy attending other customers please mail us at [protected]@tatadocomo.com" (TATA DOCOMO SHOULD KNOW THAT PEOPLE WITH OUT INTERNET FACILITY ALSO EXIST IN INDIA). After so much of struggle i got a chance to speak to a CC executive, he told that 450 recharge is not meant for Data and it is a full TT recharge. I was shocked hearing that and told him to escalate the call to his supervisor. He put me on hold for more than 1 hour and disconnected the call. I was so annoyed by the behavior of the CC executives of Tata Docomo. I am writing her not for justice. If i get justice i ll be happy but i write here to aware people about the BIGGEST FRAUDULENT COMPANY OF INDIA, TATA DOCOMO.

Whenever you're connected to this FRAUD COMPANY's customer care representative and you're advised that you would be redirected to his supervisor, immediately disconnect the call because in order to get the refund you're losing even more. you must be aware that even the call to customer care is being charged. No matter how long you wait you will never be connected to any supervisor. This company doesn't have any ethics. I have gone through similar harassment. Do not fall prey to their misleading offers. In my personal opinion, you should switch to a better network like airtel. I know their offers would be expensive on your pockets but if you do the math cheap stuff that FRAUD DOCOMO provides is not really cheap.

Look at your case, you lost 450 & more bucks + harassment + worst service + scumbag customer care representatives.

Do you still have a reason to use their service??? I've started a campaign to teach them a lesson. I got 18 subscribers deactivated this month. They did not refund my 200 bucks & I did not pay TATA PHOTON PLUS BILL of 1000 bucks as simple as that.
Please help me teach FRAUD DOCOMO a lesson.
