[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — deduction of balance

GOOD EVENING,
I AM A USER OF TATA DOCOMO GSM SIM. I MADE A CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE AND ASKED HIM TO RECHARGE WITH INTERNET BALANCE WORTH RS.15 OF 500MB FOR 3DAYS AND REMAINING BALANCE WAS RS.25. I MADE CALL OF 3RUPEES. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FINISHED ON 26 JUNE. THE VERY NEXT DAY I SAW MY BALANCE WAS ZERO.WHEN I CALL AND ASKED CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID THAT I USED MY BALANCE ON BROWSING BUT I DIDN'T DO THAT. THEY ASKED ME TO SMS AS DATA TO 121 TO GET THE INFORMATION ABOUT BROWSING. I MADE IT AND THE REPLY WAS "YOU HAVE NO DATA USED TILL DATE". WHEN I CALL AGAIN TO INFORM THEM THE SAME THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE INSTEAD THEY DISCONNECTED MY CALLS AND THE WHOLE DAY I TRIED BUT OF NO USE. THE NEXT DAY THEY RECEIVED MY CALL AND SAID THE SAME AND I AGAIN MESSAGED ON 121 AND GOT THE SAME REPLY. WHEN I CALLED THEM AGAIN, THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE MY CALL. THEY ARE IGNORING MY CALL AND NOT PAYING ANY ATTENTION ON MY REQUEST.
SO I REQUEST YOU TO PROVIDE ME JUSTICE AND REFUND MY RS.22.

The GPRS pack was over. However, the further browsing was charged from the main balance. There is no wrong deduction.

This incident refers not to the latest GPRS activation but prior to that. stop fooling people here. Next time program your bots in such a way that atleast their responses make some sense. Now I tell you why this happened, because you never lodged a complaint & hence neither o[censored]s have a reference to track the incident. How ridiculous it is that the you don't even know what incident your subscriber is referring to.

Anyways FYI I have switched to Airtel Now & have converted many of your other subscribers to & I'll continue to save the mankind from being cheated from you. Thats my story.

Now lemme tell you what you guys have lost in order to loot some bucks.

1. I made about 25 of your subscribers to switch to a better n ethical service provider & yes they are happy with what they have now. out of 25, 13 were your postpaid customers generating a revenue of atleast 7000 a month.
2. I have not paid my TATA PHOTON PLUS bill of RS 890 /- so you lose 890 this month and 9790 in the remaining 11 months of the year causing a total revenue loss of 10, 680.

lemme reiterated that you don't need an MBA degree to manage your business. I just taught you how I can manage the business without holding one ;-)

get one lesson from me - "Never Ever cheat on your customers", I dunno if any business school has taught you this :D, if they haven't they better start & this should be the lesson one of class one

I have switched to AIRTEL and came to know what I have been missing in terms of quality & customer support. And I'll continue to do so for other DOCOMO subscribers as much as I can.

Hi, my name is Ankit.I am a student and I am really displeased with TATA DOCOMO services.It is the second time they have deducted amount from my balance.The first time Rs. 99 was deducted from my account with the notification that I downloaded Santa Special Models.The second time I was given a link that I have a special account in the DIVE IN website to download unlimited data for 48 hours.And when I asked my customer care executive that why I have been charged he said that I have went to some chargable site.I want to ask that why I wasn't asked before deducting such amount from my account? I have been so displeased with TATA DOCOMO services that I would now have to change my network.

I TRIED TO CONTACT 198 FOR INTERNET CONNECTION OFFERS IN FLOW I GOT DIAL *191# FOR FURTHER DETAILS,I DISCONNECTED THE CALL AND DIALED *191# IN THAT MENU I SELECTED 9-MORE AND IT GAVE ME 2 MORE DETAILS OF 2 ONE-IS GPRS AND I SELECTED 2 OPTION THATS IT I GOT A MESSAGE SAYING INTERNET ACTIVATED OF 33 RS FOR 7 DAYS AND WHEN I STARED BROWSING FOR AWHILE OF 1 MIN I GOT A MESSAGE OF BALANCE DEDUCTION FROM MY MAIN ACCOUNT,I TRIED TO CONTACT 198 CUSTOMER CARE WHEN I SPOKEN TO THOSE PEOPLE THEY SAID I STARTED BROWSING OF CHARGEABLE DOWNLOADING DATA BUT WHEN I NOT EVEN STARTED CHECKING MAILS HOW COME MY AMOUNT IS BEING DEDUCTED AS WELL AS MY DATA PACK IS ON WHEN I SELECTED OPTION 2.WHEN I CALLED ONE MORE TIME CUSTOMER CARE THEY PUT MY CALL BAR LIST.PLEASE CONSIDER MY ISSUE AND RECOVER MY AMOUNT.

Hi All,
This is to inform all the users of TATA DOCOMO prepaid services that, these Tata Docomo Employees are deducting balance of many innocent people everytime without any reason.
This is before one month, when i was travelling in a train, and suddenly got an SMS that i was been charged for some VAS (Value Added Services) 'Keeda' Services and 30 Rupees were deducted from my balance.
I was so depressed with this SMS that I told the customer service that it was just mistake from your side that the service I have not taken it and didn't want to. Then the employee called me again and said that we cannot put the balance back and I then told her that this is from your end some technical problem that you deducted my balance. After next day they re-filled the amount and said that it was there system problem which let the balance cut from my mobile.
Again after 22 days, same thing happened, 42 Rupees were deducted from my mobile for some 'VuclipValue site', How in heaven i know what this site is about? I just got an SMS for the deduction. I was so horrified that I called the customer care again and she told they cannot re-fill the balance that i have used this site and they have charged accordingly. Then after so many abusive talks to the customer care, they rechared my balance and returned 42 Rupees again.
I appeal to bring your voice to stop all the VAS (Value Added Services) which they offer and without any reason they deduct our balance amount from mobile with treathening people that we have used their services. They should know that they can do this but they cant do it when all are against it and don't want it any way...
Pls forward these message by email to your fellow workers and friends to stop using TATA DOCOMO mobile services. This service will ruin your life and will make you sleepless. I am the victim and know what it's like...

Docomo had deducted Rs.10 and also Rs.1/day (2 to 3 times) from my account.
This happened like, when i unlocked my phone, i got a message that some service was activated and the amount was deducted.
This had happened previously, when flash messages used to come, and I accidentally click on it. But this time, even without any such flash ads coming, the amount was deducted. Please reimburse my money without delay. (Not less than Rs.15).

this company deducted my balance many times by unknown reason today my balance has been deducted from Rs.96 to Rs.64.when i call the customer he told me that balance is deducted for surfing of internet.
Sir but my data pack is activated how the surfing charge is deducted. Customer care told me that at 22:26 on 5th nov 2013 your data pack have no balance means no mb data is present there and your 32rs is deducted for surfing.
but when i check the data pack balance at 23:42 my data pack balance is 10.15mb.This type of problem is arise every two three months.So plz sir help me to refund of my balance.

Apart from that I had a talktime balance of around Rs 31 and Rs.33. After using some time I found my balance in both numbers got nil.Then i tried to complaint on your customer care and they did't give any respose.I request you to give my balance back as soon as possible.

I have not received any kind of confirmation or intimation regarding such subcription.

Docomo is the not a good network .Your customer care persons were not giving the proper information. All the time they are used say that you were using multiple action. from past 3 days per day 20rs balance get deducted from my main a/c. I am surely switching to another company's services. I am very much disapointed with Tata Docomo. Please raise your services.

i have purchased new connection number - [protected] on 27/10/2014 and i got 35 rs special balance,
yesterday i inserted sim in my phone and when today i checked my balance it was just 24.70 rs.
when i called customer care they said their system is not updated. please call after 4 hours now i called again and the answer is same.
and they talked to me very harshly and cut my phone without hearing my voice.
am really disappointed with this.
i face this sort of problem many times
all the customer care person is not good of tata docomo.

The Mobile Number [protected] has been deducted Rs 190 & 750 mb 3g Data on 24th nov. 2014.Apart from refusing a refund for the unfair charges, the customer care executives manning the 198 complaints helpline have blocked this number. I requested them to revert my balance & data but they refused. Please help
