[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Fake call for fake bill

i used Tata photon internet plan of monthly 850Rs/- on last 6 years back,Due to low speed around 2kb/min (Max),even i unable to open google page also,So i disconnected my plain on 1 month and i paid 850rs/- for that used month and i disconnected, my services,

At that time the person who had taken my money told me that your service deactivated successfully,

But now on today 7-1-2013 around morning 9:30 Am,One of the tata docomo customer care person called fake call to me and saying that,

i'm calling from delhi cosumer court, we have complaint received on you, for not paying bill of another 2 months,I[censored] not paid bill within 1 hour,you need to come to delhi on today through flight,for hearing this case on delhi consumer court,on before evening 5 Pm, or otherwise i need to pay 20,000 rs punishment to consumer court to close this case,

I have question::-

Qus::How i decide this fake call?
Ans::i recall this number after 1 hour and i ask them is this delhi cosumer court, They reply me no, this wrong numer and told me this
tata docomo customer care center.

Qus::why thus people calling this longtime time delay around 6 years back?
My ans::this people thinking that user may lose bill,and unable to so any proof of paid bill,

Qus:why thus peoples asking bill for auto generated bill,even i disconnected in 1 moth,
My ans::This people simply informing,that this computer generated bill,if suppose we complaint this cal as seriously this is answer coming..

Qus::Why thus people calling fake call and acting like consumer court people and giving time time to pay within 1 hour?
Ans:: thus people think that people my fear for this call and user might go immediately and pay bill even i[censored]ser not used services, reason is they make user to fear and unable to think who is call like this.

To the admin of consumercourt.in please take this question seriously, lot of people suffering for this type fake person,if suppose person who lift this call other
than consumer(me),they go depression due to fear,

tata indicom ap circle — disconnection after three times submission of proofs

respected sir,
i have purchased a tata indicom phone from big-c show room at srikakulam.i have submitted the proofs that are required for the new connection on[protected].after three days they disconnected stating that one signature is missing. after signing problem is not rectified.they wanted to submit another set of proofs.again proofs were submitted. but problem is not solved. i went to tata indicom main showroom at visakhapatnam near rtc complex.there after verifying another set of proofs were submitted.till now reconnection was not done .all my money for the hand set and recharge coupon worth rs.325 was wastwd.i am an ex service person so please the needful

TATA Indicom — Bill Payment Delay

Dear Sir,
I am using this tata no [protected] for the last 5 years n they are also having my security money for which they are earning Interest. This time due to some circumstances i got delayed for 3 days in bill payment n these fellows have disconnected my services.

Are they fed up of servicing customer or they are shutting it down or they have forget ethics to deal with Customer.
Really bad experience with TATA.
Also Plz tell me the procedure to change this no to Airtel / Reliance etc.

Tata Photon + — Tata Photon + - Billing sucks so do the customer service (if they think they have any)

Hi,

I have taken the photon plus connection ([protected]) on the launch date in Kochi i.e. August 27th and my billing was suppose to start from September 27th as one month was free.

5 days back I received the first bill and immediately my connection was barred. After lot of hassles (read it as several calls and messages to the people at various level) I received the detailed bill, which clearly shows that the billing has started from September 24th, which is blatantly incorrect. For last 2 days I'm struggling with these people to make them understand a simple point that they need to correct my bill - instead of Sep 24th it should start from Sep 27th. But, I trust that none of them is able to get this simple point and rectify the mistake in their own billing.

On top of that the upload amount in my bill is around double of the download amount, which is simply ridiculous. Any sensible technical person can tell that in the normal browsing the upload is max around 20% of the total download. I have sort of given up on this point as when they are not able to understand the very simple point of "billing start date" then how can I expect them to understand this point. May be this will be too much for their grey cells (if they have any).

I'm waiting till tomorrow to get this issue resolved; else I have to take this matter of "blatant cheating" to the consumer forum.

Once this issue is resolved they have to adjust my next billing for the days, my connection was barred and that too because of their own mistake.

I trust that these people are taking customers for granted. They need to learn a lesson. May be they want to learn it in hard way. Choice is theirs.

Yes, I have similar problem and feel cheated, as my time based plan i am being charged Rs whooping 4000/- for hardly 2 GB usage.
I know how TATA Indicoms customer service can be.. Are you Guys facing any Speed or connectivity issues with the same?

the telicome services are very poor and they are not caring the public, and cerating intruption in activating mobiles. every month they disconnecting and stating that proofs to be submitted immediatly. even after that problem is not rectified.they wanted to submit another set of proofs.again proofs were submitted. but problem is not solved. i went to tata indicom main showroom at kakinada. till now reconnection was not done .all my money for the hand set and recharge coupon worth rs.325 was wasted.due to this problem i have changed other three mobiles to another network so get it rectify the activation problems to protect your tataindicom and do the needful

Tata Photon — Incorrect and personal detail

Hi,
My Sister taken new TATA PHoton Plus connection from Royal Teleservices (Bibwewadi Kondwa Road) 3 weeks back with Rs.1000/- recharge (3GB Package, 1 year validity). After 3 weeks its suddenly got disconnected.
I called customer care to resolve it and i got shocking reply.
1. Its not in my sisters name (Document myself submitted with my sister. So, i am 120% sure). Registered in some other name.
2. No balance in account. Where these 3GB gone? My sister hardly used internet (My self also using other connection and having knowledge on usage).
There is no response from Royal Teleservices and customer care.

Dear Consumer court,

I received the same call yesterday for the connection i deactivated after paying all the outstanding amount. Caller number is [protected]. The person talked as if I was a criminal and was threatening that the case was tranfered from Bangalore to Delhi for some reason and the complaint is registered by a person named RK Sharma ( I even doesn't know the person by any means ) and I am leable for punishment of some amount which i dont remember as I was shocket to hear this alligation,

Infact i had two connection in my name. One was provided by the company for day to day business operation and the second was a personal connection. The business connection was transfered to my colleagues name post payment of outstanding amount which was confirmed by Tata Indicomm via mail. Hence this was closed from my side.

This is a company owned connection and I have made the payment of 1039 towards tata Indicom which was billed and closed. Confirmation received from tata Indicom that the connection is transfered in the name of Ajith Rameshan, mail dated 14th April 2011 Tata Indicom service no. [protected] and also confirmed that the any bill post would be directed to Ajith Rameshan and not me.

Second was my personal connection, Since the service provide by Tata Indicomm was really bad I had to terminate the connection post payment of outstanding amount, which was again confirmed by Tata Indicomm. Payment confirmation number mentioned below for refernce

Dear Consumer Court,
I want to let you know how horrible Tata Docomo has become, I had purchased an tata photon connection (customer id:[protected] way back in 2010 and asked them to disconnect in the same year due to poor performance and other issues, all bills were paid. But now in March 2013 I am receiving a call from a lady in consumer court(she was lying, i'm sure) asking me to get in touch with an advocate Mr Mahajan - [protected] who tells me I have to pay Rs 2500 in 2 hrs or he will file a case against me in the Delhi High Court . I am not sure how they can do this. If there is a balance to be paid from my end, they should have contacted me earlier, not out of the blue after 3 years.

These scare tactics are pathetic and disgusting, I have paid all bills and yet I have to live in fear of these organisations. Please someone look into this, I am sure I will not sleep tonite because of Tata Docomo. I hate them and will never even associate myself with anything related to TATA in my life.

They are using the name of the consumer court falsely and this should be taken seriously.
