On 28/06/2009, I purchased Huawei Mobile Handset with the following details

Model : C2901
Serial Number : PK9MAB1841736233
ESN/RSN/IMEI : 80D3EFE1

This mobile handset worked for 3-4 days only but now it is not turning on.

On 7/07/2009, I deposited this mobile at TVS-E Services Ltd (Repair centre for Huawei Telecommunications) at J-40, Basement, Behind Pizza Hut, Sec-18, Noida 201301.

I was initially told that mobile will be repaired within next 2-3 days. When i enquired after 2-3 days i was told that Motherboard of the handset is faulty, which needs to be replaced. I never expected such poor working of a mobile of such a reputed company. Since then I am following up for the motherboard to be replaced/mobile set to be repaired but am not getting any satisfactory reply. I even requested for one alternate mobile for the meanwhile, but this request was also rejected outrightly, without any consideartion.


Kindly take up this urgent issue and help me out.
