Fraud case and Poor Customer Service - Tata Photon
I booked a Tata photon Whiz data card on 26 Apr,2011 from the official Tata Photon website, an executive from VRITI INFOCOM PRIVATE LIMITED,Noida contacted me to deliver the device.
An online payment of Rs.1000 was made on the same day but however the
transaction was yet to confirm at that moment so a payment of Rs.1000 by
cash was made to Mr.Hanamant from H S SOLUTIONS PVT.LTD who delivered the Data Card.
The online transaction was then confirm hence,the double pay was made.
After verification I was required to pay a sum of Rs.500 as
This security deposit amount was to be adjusted from the extra Rs 1000 which
was previously paid and the balance of Rs.500 was to be refunded.
I was told to contact Mr.Subhash and Mr. Gautam by the Tata Indicom Store in Fatima Nagar. regarging the follow up the activation.
Till date there is no response from any of them and are not even bothered to answer my calls.This is the worst ever customer service I have got from any company which is into the telecom sector and creating a bad impression for a brand name of TATA PHOTON.
I want a strict action to be taken against VRITI INFOCOM as they are making false commitments and providing worst customer service.It would be a huge negative impact on brand name like TATA who is commited to provide best customer service throughout the years.
TATA teleservices and Consumer forum,please take strict action against this company.
