[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Mental harrassment

I have never been a tata-sky customer. I have never subscribed to their services. Still i keep on receiving messages from the company (Ta-tatasky or tm-tatasky) about pending payment dues, recharging remenders, etc. On my personal mobile number. I hope this is total violation of one's privacy and results to mental harrassment.

tata sky is regularly calling us inspite we have requested to stop calling us . We have stopped their services due to location changes . They are constantly harrashing us through the calls.we are fed up of tata sky.please help us to get rid of the calls from tata sky call centre.

We are taken Tata Sky DTH Connection ( ID - [protected]) on 03rd June 2017 - No Proper Installation even their concerned engineer Mr Giri - [protected], Vertex Venture Mr Sai - [protected] ; Your Company Personal - Mr Bhaskar - [protected] are not responding.

As per company norms - Customers is entitled to get 10 Mt Wire where they have provided only 2 Mt wire and forcing customers to pay cash demanding extra money .

Before choosing Tata Sky Pl think twice
It gives me great pain to note that despite the fact that we have been always buying a premium pack on an annual / six monthly basis. which is what we did on renewal this time as well and paid the six month renewal amount for a premium pack as per messages and call received from Tata Sky. However without our consent such a huge amount has been adjusted by TataSky on daily basis. I have taken this up with their various call centre people without any redress
As a Tata company we expect fair deal but this has been a very horrifying experience. I have been unfairly charged without my consent. if you look at my account details my purchase and usage pattern is very clear yet the company chose to adjust my money on a daily charge basis without taking my consent. Why is the company trying to make money through such unfair means?? my subscriber id [protected]

Very poor service provided by Tata sky, Continuously calling to Tata sky since last 3 days just for single installation. They never calls back and given any proper response. Still my installation is pending.

Some time in 2016, I have been "Automatically" subscribed to "Tata Sky Bollywood pack". This was done without my consent and approval by Tata Sky.

When I realized this, I requested Tata Sky through the helpline to remove the pack immediately and refund the amounts charged to me towards this!.

I was first informed by your call centre team member that the "Tata Sky Bollywood pack" was attached to my subscription in May-2016. When I probed further they said, they will check the system and call me back. The callback never happened!

When I wrote to Tata Sky about this, I was informed that the necessary credit has been given.

Yesterday I received a call from one Mr. Muzaamil Hussain. He first said that the Pack was actiavated in Mid May-2017 and accordingly the credit was given from that day till 12-Nov-2017.

When I informed him that this is incorrect and I have a confirmation from TATA Sky over chat that I was charged from a much earlier period, he immediately offered me an additional Rs. 120 credit!. Later on he said that the Pack was activated from Nov-2016 till May-2017 and the same has been deactivated now. You can check the recording of the call for yourself to figure out all this!

I have been requesting for past statements, which Tata Sky has refused to provide citing reasons which are beyond my comprehension!

I expect the following to be addressed immediately: -

WHY Did Tata Sky activate the "Tata Sky Bollywood pack" WITHOUT my approval/consent? This tantamounts to "Theft"!
WILL Tata Sky Allow me to view the channels IF I DONOT RECHARGE on TIME?
WHY WERE the Monthly statements stopped? (The last statement i received was in 2015!)
WHY is TATA SKY Not providing me with the previous statements? All service providers like you do provide past statements when requested for!. This is even baffling when you have not mailed the statement every month like you used to do ealier!
WHAT IS THE BASIS of arriving at the credit of Rs. 458.00. While the claim by Tata Sky that the pack was activated in May-2017 is itself incorrect, The amount for May-17, Jun-17, Jul-17, Aug-17, Sep-17, Oct-17 and upto 12-Nov-17 is not Rs. 458. This can be checked from the statements shared by Tata Sky!

I expect an immediate response as I am not willing to allow Tata Sky to forcibly take my hard earned money in this fashion!

I felt Tata name shows Trust but here it clearly shows how Tata brand name is misused.

Your engineer who had visited our house is now Absconding. He proudly gave his number to reach but now he has blocked our number.

After paying more than 17, 000 for box and connection within 3 months your box doesn't work, and your team does not even assist on this.

If your box can't even work for less than 1 year which is worth 9000 you expect customer to now accept refurbished box.

This is what Tata claims as Quality and Premium Service.

Local cable service are able to provide this for Rs. 200.
Airtel also has HD recording Box for 5300.
Still as a customer we have gone for premium box with Tata.

But the service I get is worst than local cablewala. they come immediately and restore your service in a day's time.

Now its more than 1 month and you guys have not responded.

I am least interested to talk to your folks who are wasting our time.

this I feel is my last attempt. Beyond this its easy for me to switch to Airtel or Jio.

Number one fraud tata sky, they are cheating the customer clearly, they are taking more than one year customer list and start locking their signal from their end and if the complaints comes they are saying we will send the person you should pay for them the service charges of rs 250 if they come to see the customer place they started to the technical words saying that your dis top item is gone for you have to pay 400 if it is normal set top box that is gone you have to change into hd box and normal new in that they will collect the money this one of the their business technic. For making money they are doing like this. Please i request to the people don't go for tata sky, go for better one.
I removed tata sky now, i have gone to government one that's 1000 times better for tata sky

Tata sky service is a worst service of india as i had placed an address change order but technician team and customer executives are not bothered. Few minutes ago engineer called me and with arude behaviour he told me he will not do it today . It has to be done day before yesterday but no one called me... He is acting that i need to catch his feet for it. What a service. It is better to take dish tv or local cable rather facing this kind of a non sense. My id number is [protected]

Tata sky technician is also unprofessional person...

my subs. id [protected]. I recharged platinum hd annual pack of Rs. 8500 on date 16/09/2018. In annual platinum hd pack, I am entitled to see all sd and all hd channels available on tata sky platform. but being cutmer for more than 12 years, it is unfortunately to complaint 1. displayed wrong next due date, i.e. 20/08/2019 in stead of 20/09/2019.. having 3 to 4 conversations with your cutmer care service, stii it is not rectified..
2. on date 01/10/2018 suddenly unable to watch "AJATAK" and "SONY SUB HD" channels...instead of telecasting that channels, screenshots showing to give miss call to the displayed no/s. from RMN. with without any extra cost...how strange it is! already member of annual platinum hd pack..already paid all Rs. 8500 for up to 20/09/2019 but instructing to give miss call! what a service! I felt some unwanted persons in your custmer sevices perhaps just like canvassing to us to go to other DTH sevices... please take necessary actions..rectify the problems.. give service smoothly without useless interactions with custmers...
