[Resolved]  Tikona — Slow speed and no help from customer care.

complained about 10 times to the customer care of this company no responce from the concern team or the department. the customer care service is worst, executive are not ready to help any of the customer. they do not have any complain direct no. no contact to the corporate office. please help me.

Tikona — Harassed by tikona digital

I subscribed to the broadband services (customer Id [protected]) offered by Tikona Digital Networks, (which they claim is a 4G service) and paid an amount of Rs.2,547.00, Cheque No.: 201375, Cheque date: 27-Apr-2010, Drawn on: HDFC Bank towards the subscription charges.

I was assured that if I am not satisfied with the speed or if service does not work fine they will refund the money if I file a complaint in one week time and in first week of trial I didn't found the service satisfactory, so I applied for disconnection and refund on the 3rd day it self, after two months of chase on 21-June-2011, I received the refund cheque of Rs.2,547.00 (Ch. No.747229, 08-June-2010). This refund cheque had wrong spelling of my name on it (Rajeesh Raajput instead of Rajneesh Rajput) and same was brought to company's notice by email on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 4:56 PM. I was promised of fresh cheque and its more than a year and I have been made to chase them, they are only giving assurances of refund but not the refund.

HI same is the case with me. I have applied for tikona wibro on 17th april.
The guy came gave a demo. Demo was nice. Guy came for installation and said, no feasibility.

Its more than 50 days of continues follow up and I have not got any refund..
Guys the tech support is pathetic.. No mai Baap of the company.

6) MY USAGES IS SHOWING MORE THEN WHAT I HAVE USED AS MENTIONED BY CUSTOMER CARE.

7) TRYING TO REACH NODAL OFFICER (DELHI) MR VEER GARG BUT HE EITHER UNREACHABLE OR DO NOT PICK THE CALL, IF ANY HOW PICK THE CALL HE IS NOT WILLING TO TALK.

8) WHEN I AM ASKING TO EITHER PROVIDE A COMPLETE SERVICE OR REFUND THE TOTAL AMOUNT AS I HAVE NOT AVAILED ANY CONSISTENT SERVICE FROM TIKONA SIDE, ON THIS POINT I AM BEING REFERRED TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE WHERE THE REFUNDS ARE BEING SUBJECT TO BE ON PRO-DATA USAGE, WHY I SHOULD BE PAYING WHEN THE SERVICES IS NOT BEING CONSISTENT AND NO ONE IS ADDRESSING TO PROBLEMS.

ur peole are totally fraud and we have sufferd a lot i would suggest no body in delhi should ever apply for tikona connections when its for first installation ur peole come running and after that u call for month and there is no show

Tikona — slow net speed

respected sir
i opted for your broadband service and i got connected yesterday only. it is very slow and it is not exceeding more than 100 mbps speed it is takin more time to open a page. so please resolve my problem
hi guys have taken tikona connectioon few days back i m from mumbai and i am satisfied with the service of tikona.
i have 300 kbps plan and i am getting the speed s promised which is 40 kbps download speed...better thn mtnl...
I totally agree with the above complaints, it happened me with me also. I have told them to disconnect the connection last month only but no body came for disconnecting it. Now they are asking for the bill for a dead slow speed. I have told them that I am not going to pay a single penny for their worst service as I have already wasted my 1500/- bucks in a hope that they will improve and if they continue to bother me about the bill, I think I will have to take necessary action then.

Hi, I am Deepak. My user id is [protected]. I took the connection on 18th May 2011 and from the first day i was not able use my net connection properly. Everyday I start my internet, either its speed is very less or I was not able connect. Then daily I call customer care for 3-4 times and they sent the Engineer after 3-4 days and the engineer was not able to resolve the problem till 1st June. From 1st June evening I was able to use the service properly but on 17th June i tried facing the same problem. Then I called Area Manager Anand ([protected]) and he sent the Engineer but the Engineer was not able to resolve the issue. Then I again called the Area Manager as well as the Engineer. Both of them are not picking up the phone. When I asked the customer care guys to do the waiver for the days I faced the problem then they said that if you have used the internet from more than 10 MB in the day then they will not do the waiver. What the [censored]. They are making fool o[censored]s. Can anybody help me in the regard. If this will be the case in US, i will have definitely screwed the company.
This is the most horrible service provider . Request the goverment agnecies to ban this people and stop the poor customer from getting cheated
Pathetic service, I paid the initial deposit to Tikona and the next day I got to know I am moving/transfered.. requested the sales guy for refund. He didnt bother to speak to me properly post sales.. then asked me to call the stupid jokers in the call centre for refund.. requested on 09th June 2011.. yesterday ie.. 04 July 2011 when I call for feed back.. the jokers in the Tikona Call center said.. there was no action taken.. today when I called again (05 Jul) there is another joker who says that the Refund request was taken yesterday and that the refund shall take 30 more days to be done...

Skrewball of managements, shameless pathetic customer service... jokers and scumheaded team.. lack of good response and jokers ..never trust this ****** company..

my tikona wi bro connection is install in month of april.!!!...onne day i'm calling tikona customer care & complaining about internet is not working properly,slow speed,login page is not open by slow speed...the assistant say tomorrow my company technical engineer will come on ur home...but the engineer was not come in tomorrow......in the evening i'm calling again & i'm saying ur engineer should not come in my home...everyday i'm calling but tikona engineer will not come....the customer care assistant make fool everyday & say engineer will come on tomorrow...my slow speed complaint number is 1-[protected] or antivirus complaint number is 1-[protected].....antivirus complaint is progressing one month but tikona engineer should not come to install the antivirus.......very poor service.....shame on u .......!!!!!!!

I gave a cheque of amount 1187/- To tikona broadband services for internet connection.But after cheque got cleared they started denying that their is no internet connection in my area, since than 6 months been passed but I have not got my money nor any internet connection.I have been dialing to their customer care on regular basis but every day they say we will refund you within 7 days but still now we havent received a single pie. This company is fraud & full of cheaters. pl beware..

Tikona — my internet connects once in 4 days

i got tikona internet connection and from the day i got my internet connects once in 2 or 3 days .that too for 3 hrs only.
if i call to customer care and register a complaint then it will be connected for an hour and again disconnect automatically
also customer care not responding properly
i have never seen such a bad service in my life.
