[Resolved]  Tikona — Slow speed and no help from customer care.

complained about 10 times to the customer care of this company no responce from the concern team or the department. the customer care service is worst, executive are not ready to help any of the customer. they do not have any complain direct no. no contact to the corporate office. please help me.

Tikona — very poor service and still not got refund

I had takenup TIKONA broadband connection on 9May'11 with the 1Mbps speed postpaid FMC799 plan. Also I was charged Rs500 towards installation also. So Initially I paid Rs1550 through which included installation and the month rental.
Right from the day1 of the connection I had complained TIKONA of poor speed and they promised some technical correction which never happened. Finally on 19June'11, I made a written request to TIKONA to disconnect the connection and refund me the amount Rs1550. The connection got disconnected immediately within next 3hours and still I have not received the refund. Inspite of reminders, I have not received any reply from TIKONA.
I would like to sue TIKONA for poor service and cheating customers.

What is the latest update on your cheque for Rs.2, 547.00. Why don't you send them a letter by registered post ack.due giving them a warning that if you do not receive the amount within 48 hours, you will be filing a case in the consumer court. the very bad experiance from tikona ...till now i have complaint 15 times for slow speed but i didnt get any response from the technical department of tikona. reallly there after sales service is horrible .(user id:-[protected]). i recoment all o[censored] to beware from tikona .

Tikona — call for payment before due the date

my service id is [protected] and i start my annual plan on 9th of September 2010 than i use service for one year it means its for 9th Sept 2011 is due date for next year now company ask me that your plan is over on 15th Aug 2011 so why i lose 25 days of my service and i ask in customer care but i can not received proper answer for this matter and ask me that u must paid before 15th Aug.

so now what i do , going in court with police complain?

Tikonna Customer care service is disgusting. A Tikonna Customer care girl name "Swati Mathre" from Bhandop office Mumbai just called me on my cell phone for bill payment and scolded my Niece ver badly. My Neice is very small and could not understand anything but swati was continouly shouting on phone. As my neice started to cry, my sister took my phone from her and spoke to her. The language she was talking in was disgusting and swati was nt listening to anything my sister wanted to say. My sister just wanted to say that we cant make the bill payment coz somebody has expired at our place and we are nt in a position to do so, but Swati was not listening to anything. The way she was speaking was like someone shouting on streets. Is this the way customer care people talk????? I m gonna disconnect my internet connection now...
I have never had such bad experience before...according to me it is the worst services provided in the world...

I have very bad experience with TIKONA Connection...No body has to take this broadband connection.
I subscribed for tikona wireless network and I should tell u guys, this is one of the worse internet service provider in the country.

I have filed complaints regarding slow internet speed for more than 5 to 6 times.... but my problem is still the same. I have got absolutely useless response from customer care, so kindly solve this problem now.

Better try for some other internet provider instead of Tikona. I just got their connection last week and facing the same low speed issues. the customer care is useless fellows. So try to switch your provider. I prefer Airtel. I was using Airtel untill i shifted to new address. Since my area doesn't have service feasiblity i switched to tikona and paying the price now.

I have subscribed for Tikona a couple of months back. I have been bugged by the slow speed issue. But what concerns me the most is deplorable customer care service. Once the connection was taken, the company literally forgot whether I existed. Neither they care to solve the problem nor they care to give an update. This level of inefficiency to handle the greviences of customers is not seen anywhere else. IF ANYONE IS THINKING OF SUBSCRIBING FOR TIKONA, PLS DONT!!! Getting my greviences addressed is a nightmare for me. Once, I had to call 18 times for 4 days to fix my connection problem . PHEW!!

Tikona — without giving connection sent bill

Hi sir,

I have applied for new tikona connection.While collecting my application, without checking the signal they took my application,cheque.and the person told me that signal will be very good in this location.
But after 1 week the technical team came to install the device and told that signal is too low it is not feasible to install the device and asked me to cancel the application. As they told i called customer care and cancelled the application. after so many requests they sent my refund amount after 2 months. after 3 months i received bill for 275 rs, stating it is due amount.what is this nonsense service. Even without using internet service for 1 minute(userid not generated,pwd not generated) you have generated bill.i contacted customercare and they are telling that it is not possible to cancel the bill.definitely i will proceed legally.

PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR TIKONA WI-BRO CONNECTION.

I TOO PAID BILLS FOR 5 DAY USAGE IN TWO MONTHS AND THAT TOO AT A VERY LOW SPEED. REMAINING DAYS IT REMAINED DISCONNECTED DUE TO NETWORK ISSUES AT THEIR END.

BUT NOW I HAVE DISCONNECTED IT AND GOT MY PEACE OF MIND BACK.

GOD WILL NOT FORGIVE SUCH CHEATERS.

Useless customer care... Speed and fake commitement from tikona customer care person

Dont take such connection.
i have called up 4 time to tikona care regarding bill payement. every time they are saying one person will come to you for payment collection but till now no one has turn up from last 2 months any things [protected] for more detail how is their services are

Here I want to state that I m not at all satisfied with your service. Since One Month I am not able access my internet as it is not working.

I filed so many complaints with Customer care with the frequency of every 30 mins. But every time I got the message that within 30 mins you will hear from our technical department & the problem will be sort out. But they never replied.

Till date the problem is not sorted out, Since last 3 days an engineering is visiting my house, but they are not able to sort out the problem, as there is no signal. Tomorrow Higher official from your company replied me that tomorrow in the morning an engineer will visit your place & the problem will be solved out, but nobody turn up.

I m really fed up of this. I have never seen such a unreliable service provider in my life. It seems that no body is bothered about the service. I have tried to connect other guys who have installed my internet but they told me that company have given this service to third party & we cant do anything. They also replied that Tikona has sold the company to gemini.

Moreover at the time of demo I was told by Mr. Arif that It will be a wireless connection, but later on I came to know that it is not a wireless connection. After that I send a request 5-6 days back to the customer care for a wireless connection, but till now i didn't get the wireless connectivity. MR. Arif also said that he will give me a Rs. 300 discount, within 3-4 days but he never turned up & now he is not picking my phone.

So all in all your service is too bad & I have experience this from all verticals including the Installation, Marketing, Servicing, Technical & customer care & I hope you will definitely would like to improve on this. I m really not able to understand that how can such a big company do or work like this.
