[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodaphone tower land rent

Vodaphone is taking land on lease. This particular case and many similar others in same region, they got agreement signed one sided by land lord, started construction, started tower operation without bothering that signed deed from vodaphone need to be given back to land owner. If deed itself has not come after tower became operational there is no question of rent. How a good company show such an irresponsible behavior. land lords spent hundereds of rupees on contacting vodaphone officers. some resorted to block the operation indefinitely, others are on the way to do so. Forget about morality, until and unless a signed deed copy is there with their guard they don't have legal right to use the land.
