[Resolved]  Whirlpool — Poor customer service

I had raised a complaint on 4-Oct-2010 as my refrigerator is not working (SR Number - BG[protected]). I got a message that the issue has been assigned to HSR Layout branch 123. I called the customer care[protected] several times after that and setup reminders, but nobody has attended to my complaint yet.
When asked to talk to customer care manager on 6-Oct-2010, I was told that he is busy, and sometimes when the executive forwarded the call to the manager, he did not attend the call.

I would like to raise the complaint against this kind of poor service being done by the Service center ( HSR Layout branch 123), and the customer care manager who was busy to attend the call today, as his primary duty should be to attend to the customer complaints and get the issue resolved.

Today 7-Oct-2010....still waiting for the service personnel........such shame on whirlpool's customer service....I am sure I would not buy any whirlpool product in future......

Whirlpool — NOT REPLACING DAMAGED PART

I Have whirlpool AC:- MODEL NO: 150 ELITE ,Purchasing Date: 28 june 2009.
After first two services of the AC , it was noticed by whirlpool service centre executive that AC switch box was damaged. After Registering Repetitive complaints no action has took place ,even submitting copy of purchasing bill with written complaint on it to the whirlpool executive no action has took place. My AC is still under warranty period ,so i want this damaged switch box to be replaced earliest with new one,failing which i will have to move to the consumer court.

Hoping to get quick action from your end.

Whirlpool — Sub Standard Products & Service!

I had registered a complaint (GB[protected]) in the last week of Feb regarding the non working condition of refrigerator. After a lot of reminder calls and emails from my side, the complaint was looked into and rectified (Compressor and Capillary tube changed) by 6th March 2010.

Unfortunately our refrigerator has stopped working again, just in a week's time. I have again registered the complaint. (GB[protected]) I am extremely unsatisfied with the whirlpool products and service. I have already shelled out about Rs. 3600 on this fridge during the last complaint. The fridge is just 4 years old and already giving us so much of problems.

Not only this, I had also registered a complaint for my microwave (4 yrs old), complaint no. GB[protected], on 6th February 2010. It is been more than a month now and still my microwave is in a non working condition. I am absolutely unsatisfied with the whirlpool service.

I request other people not to buy Whirlpool products as they are very poor in quality and also service.

Whirlpool — Delayed A/C Delivery, Improper Installation and subsequent damage to room

I purchased a Whirlpool Aviator A/C From M/S Viveks, Nanganallur on the 03-Apr-2010. I paid the entire amount up front, including installation charges of Rs. 1200. I was assured that the A/C would be delivered and installed on 05-Apr-2010. However, even on the next day, I had received no communication from any concerned party. After numerous follow-up calls, a technician was sent to my residence. This individual had none of the tools required for A/C installation. Using what he had, he started the process and eventually gave up, after having caused much damage to the walls of the bedroom. He then proceeded to inform me that he was "tired" and that he would come the next morning. However, this never happened. I have taken up this issue with the Viveks Nanganallur Branch Manager, who assured me that the amount would be refunded. However he has refused to accept liability for the damages caused by HIS technician.

What steps should be taken ?

I am a 9 yrs old customer of Whirlpool and using two AC ( Split and Window ) . I did my complaint in cust care Ghaziabad thrice that my Split AC not working properly .Alreaddy 10 days have passed but they have not taken any action to resolve the problem ,Even I have AMC against both the ACs .
I have alredy talked with some officials but result is same .

Whirlpool — substandard ff350 l ice magic refrigerator

since we have taken the refregirator ourlife has become difficult.cooling is very low.
water drips from the inner vent.air flow is not proper.sensor on the front door is faulty.

NOT WORTH BUYING.

Whirlpool — Poor customer service

I had an Amc with Wirlpool for my washing machine and it expired on 11th Apr2010. a not reminded for the renuwal and nor was I aware of it. I have AMCs for my various gadgets and always I am reminded before the expiry. I had a problem with the machine and I was told that the AMC is over and that I should pay Rs.6000. With the Amc the amount would have been much less. The service centre tells me to do whatever I want and the customer care too has washed off the hands.

i had given a complaint to whirlpool that the door of my refrigerator has come out due to breakage of the door hinge . my complaint number is 10704 dated[protected] but still the required solution is not done by the company .i have called several times to the company but they just assure me that my problem will be solved in 24 hours but till date nothing has been done.i request the authorities of the consumer forum to help me and let my problem solved .i had even sent a email to the company's help desk but no response from there also .due to the breakage of the door hinge i am not able to use the fridge since long and facing a lot of inconvenience. i also request other customers not to buy products of such company who are not able to give after sales service.
I have purchased Whirlpool fully Automatic Washing Machine 6.5kgs 1-2-3 whitemagic from TMC Begumpet...after it was delivered and installed... there was a huge noise in the machine... After so many calls to customer, technician came and told that it was a manufacturing defect that there was no suspension rods in the machine... it is big magic that happened here... till now ... Whirlpool is busy in manufacturing suspension rods and not yet installed...it's been 3weeks long. we purchased it and kept like showroom piece for display... I request you guys.. pl recheck when you purchase in TMC and be careful when you purchase Whirlpool

I HAD GONE TO EVERY DETAILS OF IT, I CAME TO KNOW FROM INTERNAL SOURCE OF WHIRPOOL THAT IT IS A DELIBERATE STRATEGY TO FOOL CUSTOMER AND INCREASE SALES. Whirlpool — Broken Grill

I bought a 1.5Ton Whirlpool window A/c on 22 April 2010 in the name on Lt Col S M Garg,Address- 5/115 Cariappa vihar delhi cantt,New Delhi-110010. During installation of the A/c the firm representative had broken the hinges of the grill. In addition to that the grill was cracked...I had give several complaint to the company as well as the shop from where I had purchased the AC ie Shail Electronics, Sarojini Nagar market.Ph-[protected]...but there has been no response from either of them.
i also totally agree with the above complaints of whirlpool india. we are also facing the same problem of gas leakage and pcb replacement. but don't u guys think , the engineers who have attended these complaints they are again n again saying the same problem. that means either they are just making money out of these things or they really do not know how to solve the problem . since last one week my fridge is not working. they refilled the gas and charged 1550/ Rs from us. after one hour fridge stopped working again when we relaunched the complaint , they said pcb is not working and it will cost around 2400/- Rs. we said fine, u change it , now again they are making one excuse or other that it is out of stock, engineer is on leave, today is saturday. we are calling them again , they are either not picking up the phone or disconnecting the call.I can even tell u the name of those pathetic people. My personal advice , please donot buy any product of this useless company WHIRLPOOL even i[censored] are getting 90% discount. please black list this company . We had purchased Whirlpool ac two yrs back and it is the most horrible experience.After sales service is patrhetic.1oo times we have made complaints and ultimately had to buy a new LG AC.
They dont attend calls and customer care is pathetic.The whirlpool dealrs fooled us and 18000 went down the drain.what should we do now, nothing but bang our heads for choosing such a pathetic brands.How can people become brand ambasadors of such cheap brands.

i have complaint in customer refrigerator care service vied complaint no. JP[protected] at customer care. Then i delivered my refrigerator( icemagic FF350) dated 9/6/2010 & we received after replacement of 'compressor' service center M/s. Global Services vied receipt no.782 on 11/6/2010 but the refrigerator is not cooling .
then we again complaint at the service center & also at customer care but i didn't get any response.

I have purchased the whirlpul Refrigrator 200ltr capicity on last month.(24.06.10 ).Now today my compresor is fail and i am very depress due to this.Same has been crosss cheked bt local service engineer ansd he aslo told about the COMPRESOR FAIL.Can i get the new replacement on it ????? pls do the needfull.
