I am facing a situation with you where there is total deficiency of service. Depending on your wide publicity and tall claims, our group of eight persons booked hotel Woodland Bungalow Pachmari through nine separate bookings. However, the reservation charges have been paid through my credit card. The booking for New Year stay at Pachmari was duly confirmed by you and full payment stands recovered by you. Consequently, I booked my to & fro reservations on railway for the entire team. Now, I got a message that you are cancelling your confirmed reservations and are becoming a cause of action for loss of my reputation with my friendly circle. Changing venue is very costly at such a short notice and you are liable for damages as well as the extra cost. You being an expert organization is offering travel solutions and are liable to damages for deficiency in your services besides return of our full advance, interest and damages there on. Please confirm that your confirmation is ok and we will get stay at Woodland Bunglow as per the schedule confirmed by you.
