I wanted to bring to the notice of other consumers the varying policies that exist at the various Croma - tata enterprise stores that exist across the city. Even if you have decided to buy at Croma, please check at one or two of their chain stores, before deciding to buy.
We had gone to buy a front loading LG washing machine during their "Independence Day non violence sale" period from the Croma - R-City Mall, Vikhroli branch....

I've taken a MTS - MBLAZE connection for accessing internet through wireless data card, on 28th Aug 2010. I took that as part of the offer while I purchased a laptop from CROMA, Indiranagar.

I submitted my documents then and there only while, taking the connection, and asked them to call me and let me know if documents are OK.

1) Big companies like CROMA retail, India having no hold on outsourcing customer service providers, so better to not purchase products of CROMA retail, India as they give or charge for warranty / extended warranty but can’t able to manage after sales service by believing outsourcers as a good service providers .

I bought a Samsung 1.5T ac from Croma Mulund sometime in 2009. Since then the original warranty on the product expired, and within days of it happening, the AC had an issue. So much for Korean quality. I purchased a Croma branded refrigerator as a surprise gift for my parents on their anniversary. Unfortunately it stopped working five months after purchasing it. I called the customer care on 6/4/2010 and lodged a complaint and was told that I will be contacted by a technician in 48 hours. purchased mobile phone from croma C.B.D. navi mumbai in dec 09 under maestro card cash back offer. no cash back received till date
initially they said 120 days, then 120 days after closure of scheme, then next month after scheme closure 6 months have passed

I purchased a refrigerator and an Air-conditioner from the Croma Store in Gurgaon on Monday, 10th May. Whilst the A/c arrived in acceptable condition, the refrigerator was damaged on delivery.
