I have purchased Dell Inspiron Core i3 5th Gen - (4 GB/1 TB
HDD/Linux) Z565155HIN9/Z565155UIN9 3558
from Flipkart on 16/02/2017, which i had received damage piece, (LAN port was not working). I had logged a complaint against the same to Dell customer care, wherein service was given with commitment as no more issues will accure as they have replace Mother board.

But now have scree issue....

My dell laptop's (Inspiron 13, 7000 series, service tag:3d5lh52) keyboard has been short circuited. Its touch screen is also not working properly. But everytime i visit local service center of dell, they do not help me properly. Everytime they say the would contact me when they will bring new screen, but then they just froget about my complaint. They didnt even register my problem. Please look into this case.....
