When ever i tried to see any channel after few days i found it was unsubscribe and i had to pay every time moreover they charged moneybwith in 2 mins but takes so many time to subscribe the channel and if bymistake you calll to their customer service you will find after half an hour that i waist my time coz they people only know about the payment nothing else every day their is some new problem for which they will straight away tell you for...

I have done recharge for my vc number [protected]. But by mistakely entered the vc number [protected] i have missed one zero. My money rs. 204 debited recharge not done. I used bank of baroda mobile banking for this transaction today 4.6.2019 transaction id bb01c4043620. Please reverse my money rs. 204 to my account no ending 6339 bob. Please do the needful. Reverse rs. 204....

On 24 may i complained signal problem and wire disconnected from dish complain no[protected] till the date i didn't receive any call from technician and call centre and they keep on telling that they have marked my problem on high priority but unfortunately none call or visit and my problem stay as it is. They continuing didacting money from my dishtv account....

From one month i am registering complaint for a technician.and day by day they are giving different reasons, and telling to book new compaints.i am harrased both financially and mentally with this dish tv company.the officers of customer service are worst and playing with me with absurd reasons.i am going to take legal action against dish tv....

On 23rd may i complained about no signal found error till the date i didn't receive any calls from the technician and they keep on telling that they have marked my problem on a high priority and next day the technician will visit. Unfortunately noone calls or visit and my problem stay as it is. They continue deducting money from my dish tv account. Worst costomer service ever....

i did recharge for my Dish TV and unable to see anything on screen since 1 day .i contacted customer care team multiple times but the issue is still not rectified .I would like to get my balance refunded to my account as soon as possible

I am getting non stop calls from dish TV...And this is very very irritating..I am getting mental harrashment... please stop calling me..I can't even block the numbers because there are too many numbers..if I block one number they call from another one...dear DISHTV u will shut down due to these nonsense activities..please please please stop calling me!...

It has been 15 and more days, and i have requested them to look into service 5 times. But every time i am given the same reply and excuses. They don't give me any specific time of resolving the issue. Rather they just say that it will be resolved shortly. But right after customer calls, no response till i call again. On top of that, they even asked me to recharge, which i did. But that recharge was for this worst ever service....

Dear sir / madam, i recharged my dish tv with 150 rupees on a wrong vc no. [protected] from a shopkeeper. The wrong vc no. Is [protected] and my correct vc no. Is [protected]. On may 22 2019, i requested for technician visit.

Still now i have not received any call for technician visit.

Every day i followed up with them and every times they are assuring within 24 hr the technician will visit.

After 10days when i called them today they are saying the technician will visit within 96 hrs (4 days).

Now i belief that...

I am having dish tv connection with vc number - [protected]. Dish tv has disrupted services of some channels in the name of dismantling of antenna soon after the free service period got over. During the free service period there was no such problem. To charge forcefully they have disrupted the services of some channels. Even after so many calls i am unable to get connected to higher authorities in dish tv.
There is no change in position...

Sir, i have purchase dishtv multi connection paid amt rs.3250/- and company installed the dishtv connection and given me a rs.2000 two gift coupan. One week has been passed but iam unbale to use this coupan till to date. I also contact customer care helpline [protected] through telephone and email a lot of time, but no positive action taken by dishtv helpline. I also request to dishtv kindly refund my amount rs.3250/-or coupan amount rs 4000/-...

Dish tv has been not working, i have been intimated to customer care so many times through telephonic conversation. They says that with in 24-48 hours problems will solve, but since 3 months it is not solved.
In the summer vacant children are torturing for tv. Dish tv customer care also neglecting.

Dear sir, my self sisir chowdhury and taken dish tv hd 01 day back (30.05.2019) with vc no - [protected]. I have requested to add on fta channel rupashi bangla but they said it is not available in west bengal region.

As per trai i know that if i want extra fta channels then i have to pay and i am ready for payment but i need that channel.

I recharged(300/-) on 22nd of this month but still it showing channel not subscribed.on 24th of this dish tv guys register complaint[protected]..but no one came to check setup box..whenever i cal to customer care they said today we will close issue.i send mail to NODAL officer and dish tv guys but no response..the worst customer care in INDIA...

I am dish tv consumer and my vc number is [protected]. I am unable to see program from 26/05/2019 due to poor signal. I had requested for technician visit on 26/05/2019, but till today no one has contact with me. I had called so many time in customer care but my problem is not solved. Its a humble request to you please resolve my problem by today so that i can see oath taking ceremony.
