payment update has not been reflected in my account

I have recharged my dishtv on 12/06/2019 and i got payment successful recharge message to my registered mobile number but this could not be seen in my account and a message box pops up showing last date to recharge. but i have already recharged my account. Already i had mailed yesterday regarding this complaint but till now no response....

dd national not showing

My dish tv v.c. no. is..[protected], when world cup started, dish tv stopped DD national, also DD sports channel...so dish TV wants that consumers would have to recharge other sports channel..This is completely violation of governments order regarding DD national and free channels.
My dish TV account is properly recharged
Plz do needful as early as possible.

I am getting unnecessary call from dishtv and they harass me

I am getting unnecessary dishtv call even morning 7 am to 10 pm and they harass in me even in my office time and also when at home when I am spending time with my family. It is to frustrated for me to attend their call. Even today in evening time when I was sleeping they call me again and again and I wake up due to their frustration and I will feel heavily headache and after that I take medicine...

rude behavior of the person.

I reached to dishtv customer care through which I register a realignment issue.
A person came from their side and went to see the signal issue, afterwards he started to say that the antenna isn't working anymore and LNB also not working.

Now, he took the new LNB and told us that this will cost around rs. 300.

So, I asked him "What is the cost for the new product...

I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different numbers for vc number on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times i have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime....

I am having trouble with my DishTV connection since May 3 when signal was lost due to Cyclone Fani. I registered a complaint on May 17 (request no.[protected] during which they promised a technician visit within 96 hours and asked me to have patience. After a few days, they called asking me if the problem was resolved. I replied no and no technician ever called me. They said the complaint was closed with the comment as "no visit required"...

channel are not available

My subscription no: [protected]
The issue started from around 12th May 2019.

I am using Dish TV for more than 3 years. In that period I never had an issue.
Currently, after TRAI rule, I have changed the plan from Dish TV Platinum to only free channel ie 153/- per month. After changing the plan I have started getting the issue, ie only very few channels are working.

Then I added some paid channels...

dish tv connection - 301 error

I have raised the complain Request No:[protected] from last 4-5 days but till today no one has contacted neither they have come. Such a pathetic service is not expected from Dish TV even after repeated calling to their escalation team nothing has worked out. Please tell me are you interested in rectifying this by today (08th June 2019) or I should go for some alternative cable operator. Dish TV Service is useless as they have confirmed me...

Dish TV is providing offer 400 pe 600 on June 5 2019.If you recharge for Rs.400 we get Rs.600 as balance. They called in my mobile number 5 times as recorded call from their number. After making recharge Dish TV cheated me by telling that my VC number is not included in their offer. When I enquired around I found that few of my family members and friends where also cheated .It is really a ridiculous act from ZEE Family to do such cheap tricks...

my connection is not there since 2nd may, 2019

Due to FANI cyclone, my dish antenna is not operating since 2nd May 2019.

Till now there is no solution. My recharged amount is going in vein.
I have several time reminded to the customer care, every time I lost money in the call and hear a single line " We will get back to you soon"

no service for customer after cyclone fani in bhubaneswar.

I had raised complain on 17th may 2019 on customer service, that after cyclone Fani in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, error 301 showed up for all subscribed channels. Till date after doing multiple follow ups, no technician visit, no issue resolved. Everytime one answer- technician will visit within 96 hrs.
It seems only Dish TV is having major crises after Fani, as all other TV operators have already worked upon the issues of their customer...

regarding technician service

Sir i raised request regarding technician support 2 days back on 3-6-2019, i havent got any response and if i call customer care they will keep me holdm for 10-15 minutes.
I am fed up calling customer executive and i am raising this complaint after calling 5 times to them. I am really frustrated with the response i am getting.
It is so embarassing listeng that "keep on hold" for more than 10 minutes when i contact customer care...
