After that the connection was not coming and I was facing a lot of problems with the connection of dish I called customer care for about 100 times and was harassed and troubled the whole day and the technician the sent was worst. dishtv was charging rs.25 after switch off date as processing charge! why?

6 days ago my dishtv was switched off. But now when i recharged again dishtv debited rs.25 from my account! Why?
They told me that that was a processing charge! Why? Why we had to pay this processing charge?
It is our own matter when we recharge our account or not. Dishtv is looting us by saying "it is our rules."
Hope trai should take action about it and help users from unnecessary debits.

I have contact several times with the senior person of your customer care, they said I will get the cashback within 24 hrs, but several times, several days gone, no result. I hope you will do the needful before losing one of your valuable customer....

balance deducted and validity reduced yet no response from them

Well i have 205 rs plan and everything was fine until i recharge 100rs. Yes i have done rs100 top-up on[protected] and suddenly my existing balance reduced by 75 rs and validity also reduced by 10 days and no sign of 100rs that i have recharged.

amount paid still not able to watch channels

I restarted my stb after a year in consultation with d2h cc and as per guidelines i have paid rs 270 to d2h but still i am not able to see the channels as per packages. I bought new connection of DISH TV HD on 1st-May-2019. Installation was done on same day. and confirmation message received to RMN as well.

My Dish TV set top box was not working on 14-May and I logged a complaint for the same with DishTV customer care for STB replacement for the charges as stated by them under complaint/reference number[protected]. They informed that service provider will resolve this issue in 24 hours by doing a home visit and replacing the box.

It's been more than 5 days and I still have not received any communication from the service provider....

Even i am facing same issue, my vc number is [protected]. Seems like you are using this gimmick to fool customers by not allowing them to submit their final pack. Trai shuold take legal action against such corrupt practices, i face this issue both on desktop application and in app in smart phone,
