Just that I’m addicted to Domino’s, my interest towards your pizza’s has be very badly compromised by the Managers of Pondicherry from the store that’s located at Mission Street. If you can look into my registered number, you can find a lot of orders under Dominos from Pondicherry or Madurai account and of course from Zomato or Swiggy periodically.

The pizza provided to me both the times was packed and cooked not properly. When I visited the store the store manager lady name deepa spoke very rudely and showed wrong behaviour. I need a complaint to be raised against such employees who don't respect the customers...

Today between 5pm to 6pm I was ordering pizza at dominos through their online dominos app.I selected my order and used my Amazon pay upi to pay the amount but after I got a message that the transaction was successful of 397 then I check the order history but their not showing my order.

I tried to refresh it several times but I couldn't get the page where it says that your "order has been placed successfully".

Dominos is selling *PEPSI* for 60 rs 500ml and the same item is available in local market for 40 rs 650ml...

I have placed an order on 9th June 2021 at 11:30. Expected delivery was at 12:00 PM but i have received the call from the delivery person at 12:03 that the order will be delivered shortly. He then called around 12:30 that he will delivery a little late after 1 PM since he is at some scooty repair shop. I have asked him to deliver is for free as per the company policy since one hour was already completed.

I have ordered pizza which was scheduled to be delivered today on 8:30pm . At 8 pm i received a msg from dominos that my order was canceled but they didn't refunded my money.
Since i was hungry i ordered 2nd time they again deducted Rs 555.00 and scheduled delivery at 10 pm and again the canceled the order without any reason.
Now my money has been deducted and i have not received anything. Very poor experience from dominos...

This is 5th time that the pizza is coming late almost an hour late. The location is just 5-7 mins away from outlet. This is absolutely not done....

Amount has been debited from my airtel wallet but order was failed. Transfer is successful from the bank end. Kindly refund my money....

I have placed an order on 6th of june through upi o[censored]pi(287) the amount was deducted from my bank but order was not placed and they are saying that we have not received any money....

The first time I complained about the refund I got a reply from the company saying that they will refund the amount in seven days but now its almost been a month and I haven't got my refund back. How many times do I have to keep complaining. Please I urge you to refund my money back. Don't make me complain another time...
