Recived a rotten pizza hard base like wood smelly butter rotten tomatoes and asking for refund mailing continue to dominoz but noone is co operating me...

Today I ordered 4 medium pizzas, 2 garlic breads and 4 deserts which costed ₹1996/- from Dominos Kadugodi.
Payment has gone twice from me 1 through net banking and the other one through Paytm. I paid second time as I didn't get confirmation on the first transaction.
We are trying to reach dominos but no numbers are functional.

Please help us to get the refund.

I ordered pizza on 19.05.2021 from dominos due to delay in delevery ordered is cancelled but amount deducted from credit card of Rs. 993.00 not refund after 15 days....

I placed an order 4th June 2021 at 10:30 for advance order at 1pm same day. the order shows failed in app, but I got a bill over message. the customer care number is not working and the store number mentioned in bill is also not picking the call. I need to know if my order will be delivered or not? otherwise I've to make other arrangements for food...

I have encountered an staff issue at Domino's Pizza dr b.a.road parel restaurant on 18th May 2021.

As a standard complaint escalation process I Raised the ticket in Domino's app.i was supposed to get reply within 2 says as per mail sent by Domino's.

I also tried contacting both restaurant and manager numbers which both went unanswered. Via whatsapp I can see the manager read the message but not...

Yesterday I've placed an order through domino's app and made payment via mobikwik of 736 Rs. The order was not successful but the amount got deducted.
I waited for some time by thinking I may get refund for the failured order but that didn't happened.

I placed the same order and paid once again via mobikwik then the order was successful.

So please look into this ASAP and refund the amount which got deducted...

I ordered today i.e. 29th may 2021 and made the payment amount had been deducted from my bank account but i didn't receive any order confirmation. Please take a look at at asap....

On 15th may 2021 i have been cheated twicw by the dominoes ..I placed the order for amount 511 and 407. Through dominos mobile app.
But to our surprise the amount was debited and order not placed..When spoken to customer care they said to talk to the bank..
Where is my money gone...

I ordered the pizza on 26 may @ 09:42pm and the order no.is 199.i get the pizza cold and the delivery boy forgotten oregano and chilli flakes .so much irritating .they have done this before also.g...

I order pizzas in dominos app I did payment via paytm upi, my money got deducted from my bank but order was not placed on dominos app. I contacted the store but they said order is not placed....

I have place my order on 24th may 2021 via Domino's mobile app but only the amount was debited from my account and the order was not placed. There is no option to raise request on Domino's mobile app....

I order the lava choclate cake and chicken pizza in date[protected] amount debited from bank account but order not confirmed dominos pizza - Dominos payment deducted but order did not get placed. I ordered online via dominos app...

On 14th May 21 night ordered a pizza, at first attempt amount deducted but no order generated. Again paid amount to get the order generated. So, At second attempt the order was successful.

Please look into and reverse the amount paid for what the service was not provided.
