My parcel from Amazon via DTDC has the RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR) twice since 18th March 2023 but I have not received any calls yet and no one has visited my home too. Please resolve the issue.

Why my pick up not done...

My name is Chhanda Mitra. Dtdc courier didn't delebarately didn't shipping my product with Steven courier TRACKING ID D54704870...

On 17 Dec 2022 a shipment was sent by DTDC Courier from Goa to Mumbai (Laptop with Confidential Data). AWB No. D24112891. As on 21st March 2023 no shipment delivered nor positive response by DTDC Staff. For their Negligence we have facing lot of issue. Now their customer support staff is also not cooperate with us. DTDC lost our laptop with Data....

They have charged me high charge for fast delivery with in 3 days and today is 7 th day, i have not received the parcel . so bad service...

This is Chhanda Mitra I have a parcel which was suppose to come on 20th March. But courier Guy dtdc did not pick up my parcel. This is very important parcel for me. Tracking number D54704870. Please do something for me....

Missing valuable things in the parcel. the box looks sealed however, I have missed very valuable things from the boxes.

I have raised a complaint with the DTDC support, they have closed the ticket without responding to see query.

DTDC — Courier delivered to wrong address

My name is Jaya and i want to submit a complaint regarding my courier which i have not recieved but when i tracked it on dtdc site it shows that courier has been delivered and recieved by Robinson Thakuri.I even dont know who the Robinson Thakuri.I think something wrong...

My order was sent on date of 14/3/22 from Vizag, it was delivered yesterday to a wrong address and to someone name with ragu who received the courier in name of my family, i need the receiver home address and phone number.it
Is important documents inside..!!

Suggestion:please call to respective receiver before delivering the parcel..!!

Had used DTDC service and was satisfied until now. Last week I had a package submitted at a nearby DTDC and had some food items packed along with a watch (an expensive one) as it was a gift, to be delivered to Noida. The agent at the office didn't ask for specifics and just asked what he should write in the receipt, so I went ahead with food items. Upon receipt of delivery, only foods items were found in the package and the WATCH was stolen...

My consignment Z13728902 has reached the nearest DTDC for 2 days now and by end of the day, the status is 'could not attempt delivery'. When I call the customer care, they just say they cannot share the branch number or the delivery tea, details. They just cheat you by making false commitments of the product reaching 'today', but there is zero useful response on tickets. They close tickets without responding. I have ordered 1 cooler from amazon but on the DTDC tracking details all the product details are completely wrong.

Above mentioned consignment number was booked on 7th March and it has to be delivered 150 km from where it was booked. But till it was not delivered and not one is not responding properly from DTDC. Please suggest for the trouble shoot....

While my address was sufficient, and the courier service ' Sane Chowk, Pimpri', was nearby me.

The delivery service didn't put efforts for delivering the parcel .They directly sent it back....
