Hi,
I m writing this mail against one of the worst courier services, as I think DTDC is the the black mark on the name of the courier services.

This is the second time I have suffered from this company, First incident was when I was expecting my appointment letter from Nagpur to Jabalpur, the distance between both the cities is 270 Kms and the company has send me the appointment letter a week before the appointment...

1. Consignment No.S35713250, booked on 25/07/2008 from Mumbai-64 to be delivered at Mumbai-37 is still not delivered at destination.
2. Numerous email complaints have no effect on them. No follow up action by Customer care.
3. Office of booking said packet was delivered but after fifteen minutes said packet was delivered at wrong address.
4. Head office seems to be hardly concerned. There's no link to file complaints/refunds.br...

i had a consignment of two parcels from delhi to be flown in to goa, but on opening the box i found three pda's from my package missing, and the tornn part of the box beign re-packed carefully by the thieves from a dtdc packing tape.i reported this to the area manager of dtdc, who assured me of the fast processing of the claim, but after three months of reverting the manager asks me to contact the shipped agent for this claim, who says...

Being an eBay user I get lots of packages delivered by couriers from the eBay sellers successfully.
Only ONE company -DTDC refuses continuously to bring the packages to my door, although price of delivery is included in eBay charges I must pay.
