From the date of installation the product has not worked 100%. we have given complaint number of times but no use. elica service is worst. they dont know how to resolve the issues. its been 1 year but my issue is not resolved. they dont even respond to the complaints. i have given complaint in consumer forum then they responded but no use as i said they dont know how to repair....

At the time of payment they confirmed this AMC includes 3 services and the same was found in the contract paper as well, but now they are denying saying that this AMC includes only 2 service and that is already covered .
