It's really bad to see epfo service as no phone and e mail service for customer care is availble. Only one toll free number is available which is always busy. I don't understand why epfo online service is provided as no claims get clear picture where it has been hold. Overall a very poor service. They need to be very much transparent with service. They must pressurize employer for uploading complete details of employees so that employees...

Hi - i am trying to submit pension withdrawal claim since yesterday online but the claim does not submit. My aadhar has been linked but the claim is not submitted after successful otp authentication. Is there a problem in the site (Site down?) or the problem is unique to me.

I need the money urgently for personal emergency. I have been without work since 2016 and hence would request someone to check and clarify

I was working in prolific systems and technologies pvt. Ltd. Since july 2011 to nov. 2016. My pf no. Ththa[protected] & uan no.[protected].

On joining sandvik asia pvt. Ltd on 5/12/2016, i applied for transfer of my pf to my new employer.in the process of transfer, my claim id ththa[protected] was approved & the amount was transferred to my new employer on 24/5/2017 but without annexure k....

I am working in a pvt. Ltd. Company which does not deduct pf from the salary. This is approx 18 employee company and has a pvt. Ltd. Label.
They have not given any break up of salary. They did not mention the
1. Basic salary,
2. Hra
3. Any allowances (I am not sure what other things should be included in a salary break up sheet).
They just give a standard amount as in salary without "salary slip".

I want to raise pf transfer claim from my previous company to current. But to claim transfer i need to first change my phone number. For this i need to edit profile. It takes me to epfo. Memberservice site which is down and always down..

I have checked my pf withdrawal status it looks like my pf form has been rejected reason form 15g/15h and status seen as rejection letter under dispach/dispached to address your claim but i have not received it yet and i am not able to send them other form!
But i filled 15g form and submitted 2 nos copy...

I am Faculty from Indo Asian Academy Group of Institutions Bangalore. I am working from 5 years. I have not been paid my PF from the date of joining, when we asked them recently they said we are not paying the PF.
We are about 150 staff from both teaching and non-teaching.
The Banglore PF office staff members and Indo Asian Academy Management has good under standing, they won’t come for inspection properly, even they come...

I was a employee in blk super speciality hospital, i have worked 2 year and i have left my job on 5 may 2017,. Then i waited 3 months after that i deposited my documents on 26 june 2017 in pf office karol bagh to mr alok and they replied that you pf amount will be transferred till 20 aug 2017 but they didn't and when i called there, they are saying, now come here within 2-3 days then collect your documents and submit it in pf office karol...

I have applied for my complete pf withdrawal on 6th july 2016, i have received my form 19 amount credited to my bank account on 26th july 2017 (Claim id: aphyd[protected].
And on 1st august 2017, i received an sms stating that "form 10c (Withdrawal benefit) claim id: aphyd[protected] acct n0 aphyd[protected] approved for payment through cheque. Payment under process". It has been 20 days, still it is showing the same status...
